Nice spacious room. Being up in the hill means its quiet and secluded from the bustling city. Perfect for a staycation and the need to unwind from the city.

Since you're up in the mountains, therefore your phone line is more or less not reachable. Therefore, the property WIFI should be good. But it is not, often gets disconnected and the coverage isnt the best. There is no lift, so it will be a struggle for seniors and disabled folks. Then the breakfast, this is a deal breaker for me. There isnt a buffet nor a choice for you to make. It is already prepared for you and we have a simple croissant with chicken patty. This is something the property should really look into to make it a great experience. Finally, the carpark is extremely limited.

The room was excellent super large great views , tea coffee water excellent, the TV satélite did not work , eventually a member of staff fixed but we only got 1 channel , should invest in WiFi TV be much better Nice friendly staff although everything very laid back Breakfast was adequate but could and should have been better Overall a great place to relax with nature

The breakfast was so good. The portion was just nice for me and although i would prefer the coffee to not have been sachet of instant coffee, the view and serendipity while we were enjoying our breakfast makes up for it :))

Perhaps a fridge in the room would be great. Theres no AC but the tell ceiling height makes the entire building naturally cool so really enjoyed it. Though a cold bottle of beer wouldnt be posible without a mini fridge in our room, such a shame. But otherwise all is good.

Friendly staff, quiet and tranquility.

There is no lift in the property. People with disabilities and old aged will find it hard to walk up the at least a floor to reach the room. Breakfast only serve from 9 am to 11 am.

Lovely place and surroundings. Comfortable. Big Breakfast was good which is a must bcos there is no restaurants nearby at walking distance. Everything else was good.

There were not enough space for car park for a group of 10 cars + other occupants's cars. So we had to squeez park at the grass area by the side of the building . Managed that cos we had good experienced drivers😁

The private garden, ponds, beautiful plants and trees are really nice to walk through. The rooms also nice and suitable for relaxation vacation.

The billiards, ping pong, and other board games are very dirty and broken. Need some maintenance attention for few things

Peace and tranquility, staff attitude and friendliness and privacy. It's a private place with no access to public which makes it even more peaceful.

Our bathtub water blocker was broken and There are no lifts. But that was just a minor issue. The place has only two floors. However the staff was very prompt to attend to any kind of request.

The workers are helpful and friendly. They provide us with great services and useful info. The breakfast is tasty and the water is free to refill. The pool games are fun too and we manage to enjoy the relaxation of the environment with such greenery.

Wifi is bad. There are plenty of mosquitoes outdoors. The insects are annoying at bedtime which affects the quality of sleep.

Weather was very cool It's feels like inside of jungle Room and bathroom were clean

Facilities like table tennis are fun for one time Need to bring our own food or games if we want to stay there for a long time Hard to go outside for dinner because of dangerous road with all kind of curves and poor lighting conditions in the dark

Fantastic place to get away from the city! Place is generally pretty clean and the bed was comfy. No aircon but still really well ventilated and the ceiling fan was more than enough to keep the room cool (even had to go under the blanket at night 😂) Also loved taking a morning walk at the garden up front.

WiFi was weak, if not non-existent, in the rooms. But I guess that's the whole point of a digital detox! It's fine in the common areas though so not a problem for me~
