The location of the hotel is excellent. The view from the pool is stunning. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Most of the rooms face the street and the street we faced was soooo busy. Lots of cars passing by and honking. It made it difficult to relax. The buffet was nothing special. We ate at 7:30am and the food was not very hot. The coffee was lukewarm.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept incredibly well. The bathroom and shower were nice and had a few helpful amenities. There was plenty of storage and everything was very clean. The rooftop terrace and pool were lovely: the pool was a pleasant temperature, and it was nice to have meals/drinks on the terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills.

For the price of the hotel, I thought the towels looked noticeably worn and in need of replacing.

This hotel is in a very central location very close to the ADO coach station. We upgraded to the 3rd floor as we needed an early check in and the rooms were lovely and free biscuits every morning was a lovely touch, the room was cleaned every day with new bed sheets which was a plus. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight with beautiful views of the town, and I think this is the only hotel to offer this in Orizaba. The bar staff are very attentive and was very impressed with the hotel. The breakfasts are tasty and of a good quality.

Nothing major but just put 3 towels and 2 coffee mugs in the room as there was only 1 coffee mug for three people. But no complaints.

Three of us shared what was meant to be a double room. We had a small room with the bathroom sink in the bedroom -inconvenient with 3 people sharing. Small bathroom. When we asked the next day, the staff seemed surprised we were given that room. To be fair, we arrived very late, many hours after we were expected.

Second time we stopped at this hotel and second time it didn't disappoint. Everything is thought through, from ramps for wheelchairs to even water pressure in bathrooms. The gym is a world class. I could not find anything that would disappoint or annoy.

There is gym as part of the hotel on the far side of the car park, facing the rooms. At 11.30pm the guys in there decided to turn their gym music up to full volume. Only by visiting reception at midnight did the music get turned down. Better control over the music volume at night would be good. Otherwise - great hotel!

The hotel is located right in the center so that all the sightseeings of the town can be reached by just walking. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there, heated swimming pool with illumination, friendly and caring hotel staff, a nice and cozy gym.

The window of the room faced the street so that it was kind of noisy at night. The bed was too soft for me.

Got an upgrade to a junior suite, it was a wonderful room with a great view and a perfect bed. I would have liked a chance to enjoy it more but I got up very early and so also didn't have chance to try the breakfast but it looked very enticing.

The hotel was spacious with a beautiful courtyard. The beds were suuuuuper comfortable too. We drove and the parking lot was secure and easily accessible.

I was surprised that the Pet fee for our small dog, $700 pesos, was about half of what the entire room was. That seemed a bit high.

Underground parking garage and rooftop terrace both great. Easy-to-find location right on the main street in the center of town.

Rooms were nothing special. Neither of our reading lights worked and bathroom was poorly designed. Price seemed high for what was offered.
