We checked in on Memorial Weekend 2022. The owner was working the front counter when we arrived at nearly 10 pm. She assigned us a room and we went to our room. When we went to the room it was not clean. There was no bedding on the bed and nothing was done. I went to the front counter and she immediately was very apologetic and with no questions asked she assigned us a new room. The hotel was very clean and the entry way was welcoming. It was a little outdated but that was part of the charm. We slept well on their nice comfy beds. We were awakened to the smell of breakfast and went right down, only to find the owner awake and catering to her clients every need. She was running the counter and refilling the breakfast items in the dining area. That it one hard working lady who is very prideful of her business and the satisfaction she brings to her customers. There was not anything I didn't like. If I could have changed anything it would have been the faint smell of cigarette smoke since it used to be a hotel that you could smoke in. The owner assured me they are doing those items as they can but they really struggled during the pandemic and are now getting back on their feet.

Breakfast was not ready when we left, the coffee was cold, but the fruit was very fresh. They had good wifi and room was big as it was for handicapped and was great.

The coffee pot in the room was ruined by person who was in that room before us, so had no coffee till went to a gas station and bought.

Location was great as to where we needed to be, easy to find. Breakfast was really good-especially the waffles. Great water pressure, seemed to be unlimited hot water.

Pillows were a bit too thick and not super comfortable

The grounds was beautiful. Flowers everywhere. The breakfast was better than continental. The room was very clean and nicely organized.

The restaurant side of the building had a lot of junk in the parking lot and building. Very unappealing.

Located right next to the turnoff for highway 20 that leads through Noeth Cascades National Park.

Located about 10 minutes from the nearest food and/or gas station.

The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, there was plenty of coffee and choices for breakfast. Plenty of parking. This was our second time staying here, and I'm sure we'll stay again. Pricing is good.

Up to date, shows care and pride of owners, clean, comfortable bed and room. Easy access off highway.

The property exterior is in disarray and needs to be cleaned up and tidied up.

This is a typical older hotel, but it was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not much to not like.
