Jacuzzi outdoor pool was warm and very nice. Breakfast had a wide variety, especially good was the scrambled eggs and bacon which was made from local products in the area. Bed in the hotel room was amazing.

Breakfast lacked Belgian waffles. Hotel room shower was a bit small, only room for one, and the room had no air conditioning unit. Parking garage was very expensive, although it had charging capabilities. Hotel reception did not have a real map over the mountain trails for mountain hiking, which would have been very useful since the trails on the mountain is poorly marked.

What really stands out is the interior design. Absolutely unique! The mountain view is stunning. The room was big and comfortable. The pool and the spa are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

There is really nothing to dislike. Just as a suggestion, it could be good to have a small fridge/minibar in the room. The temperature when we visited was nice, not too hot, not too cold, but as a person who doesn't tolerate heat, I would probably need a fan in the room if the temperature would be higher.

Great hotel that has a modern feel inside. Wonderful facilities and large spa area. Management sorted out a spa booking miscommunication quickly and to ou entire satisfaction. Great ski room and shuttle service o enjoy the brilliant ski area.

Would have liked tea making facilities in room but reception were happy to provide a kettle. No reserved booking for hotel guests in LA Muna restaurant

Cheese factory should be open Monday to Sunday. We arrived on Sunday seeing happy people eating fondue and wanted to reserve place for the next day but unfortunately it was again opened on Wednesday so our day of departure :-/ We kindly asked staff if we could organise it on Tuesday because of our departure but they said no :-(

Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing. They also had amazing restorant with Japan food

Good breakfast with large variety and quality of food. Large spa zone with fairly big pool and variety of saunas (+long working hours). A bit far away from ski lift, but shuttle bus was always available. Few restaurants inside the hotel and in the neighborhood.

This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff at reception, room has all amenities that you need (including bathrobes, umbrella, etc), a small technical problem was immediately fixed despite reporting in the evening hours, very comfy bed

Everything! Breakfast, the room, the location, the beauty center! It was honestly a perfect stay!

The only complain is that the check out took half an hour because there was only one receptionist managing all the customers!

Lounge was good, staff was friendly, spa area was quite good.

Evening music at bar could be better. Most of books in the lounge area are in french, could be also in other languages unless they are just for decoration.
