Absolutely wonderful apartment complex in the center of Flims. Big spacious rooms, very clean, good heating system incl. floor heating. Bread delivery to your door in the morning was a lovely welcoming touch. We enjoyed game room with billiard and table tennis.

Breakfast would be a nice addition. We also got lost a bit as there were no clear instructions where to check in and there are quite a few buildings in the complex. Unfortunately provided phone number didn't work. It turned up quite easy though, the main building with reception is up the hill.

Very nice accomodation with beautiful surroundings. We rented a studio within one of the houses, it was very comfortable end fully equipped. The houses are really well connected (garage, reception, pool area), and the ski slopes are easily accessible on foot. We enjoyed our stay there and can definitely recommend it.

The apartment had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Location was very good and the apart hotel has a nice pool and wellness. Is wellthought for family with kids. We would come back again!

Although there was a mini market in the hotel and fresh bread service at our door (extra service) we would’ve enjoyed if there would be a breakfast service too.

One of the most beautiful places we stayed at. We had the view of the mountains. Family enjoyed the pool and game rooms. We visited the near by lake Cauma. The entire stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond! We will visit Switzerland again!

The location is ideal, just a short distance from the cable car station and the bus stop. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the room is equipped with excellent facilities.

Amazing place! Super cool traditional apartments next to the ski lifts! Great atmosphere and they also have a ski room with heat to dry all your stuff!

super clean and organized, great communication before arrival room is big, toilet and shower are separate, balcony has good view to the mountains the concept of the honest kiosk and washing etc. made the services easier to access even without the staff’s presence, the price was also fair the swimming pool/sauna and game room are also great for relaxing after a day of hiking

for me the mattress was a bit hard and pillow was too soft

location was great, Apartment very nice and clean, pool open till 10pm, very nice game rooms for little kids and teens also.

check in first at 4pm, check out already at 10am. (the cleaning lady was knocking at the door exactly at 10am) never paid so much for a pet at the hotel. 77CHF is just unbelievable….

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Outside seating area was perfect. Even with Summer temperatures the apartment was pleasantly cool. Good location, very close to the lifts. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I did not like the fact that frying pans were not non-stick, but I managed eventually.
