All the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely, there is nice variety of the dining options. The main restaurant where breakfast is hosted is a lovely space with a view of the square and and adjacent valley.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding interior design by Swiss architect Gion Caminada, great service and delicious food in the heart of Vals. Only a short walk to the most beautiful Thermal baths by Peter Zumthor, a river, a gondola to the ski resort and multiple dinning options in the village. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful, helpful staff. Vals is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Perfectly located in the town’s main square. The sound of church bells and cow bells is very soothing.

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff members - at the reception and the restaurant. The room was simple, but pleasant and full of light. The hotel restaurant is a real gem - we had 2 lunches there. The menu is sufficiently broad and creative.

The only tiny thing was that our room in the annex was ground floor with no view. However the room itself was lovely!
