Wonderful location! Very cute town with a beautiful view on the mountains. Close to the ski and hike station. Lovely traditional Swiss decoration. Very friendly staff! Amazing local food (the best we ate in the canton of Graubünden!) The breakfast table was also really amazing. They prepared us a table filled with local specialities and a romantic candle light... Every extra we asked for was instantly served. Beautiful cosy and very clean room. Very confortable bed. We got a corner room with extra windows.. We absolutely loved this! Very easy check in. For free parking. Thank you, it was a perfect small holiday stay!

It was a wonderful hotel — this is the third time I’ve stayed there. Its location overlooks the river and is in the heart of the town. Clean and comfortable.

The prices are somewhat high, and the breakfast offers a limited selection. The restaurant experience differs from the previous host — I believe the variety of dishes used to be better in the past.

The hotel was in an excellent location and I had a large room on the second floor. Whilst a little old fashioned it was clean, in good condition and everything worked. The hotel staff were very friendly and the evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant were both excellent. There was a small car about 50 yards along the road and I got a space there but other parking was available in the village and it all seemed very safe. Fantastic views in all directions.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived quite late, but there were no issues in having an evening meal in the restaurant which was lovely. Our room overlooked the mountain and was stunning. We could easily have spent a few days there. The continental breakfast was great, lots of choice and plentiful. Would highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel. Small and basic with older style rooms. However, everything is very clean, a reasonable choice on the evening menu and an excellent breakfast. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a small hotel car park 50 yards away. The views from the hotel are wonderful.

I loved the location, it was small, beautiful, great staff, great food, and the bed was comfortable. We loved watching the cows being moved, and the sound of the river during quieter times of the day.

It was stuffy with the window shut, but thankfully we had brought our handheld fans. We kept the windows open as much a we could, but had to shut them when bees were coming in, or restaurant guest below were a little too jolly. That one little road outside of our window, just happened to be a very busy road, tons of traffic going up the pass, but that is no fault of the hotel at all. Just meaning if you were wanting a really quiet time, that might not be your best bet, but it was still very nice.

So charming! Great location and easy access to the road. Outdoor dining was a favorite of my family….also an excellent breakfast each morning. We had the family room with bunk beds which worked so well. Cozy beds/great comforters. The restaurant was exceptional in both quality and variety.

Hotel Suretta truly exceeded all of my expectations during my stay. The breathtaking morning view from my window was absolutely stunning, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere that made every moment unforgettable. The attention to detail and comfort provided by the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast they served was nothing short of delicious. The combination of the warm and welcoming staff, the comfortable accommodations, and the overall ambiance made my experience at Hotel Suretta truly remarkable.

The hotel is not luxury, but very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was old-fashioned in a charmy way, with very comfortablle bed, good view and almost unbelievable quiet at night. The breakfast was served at the table and was good. The service was friendly and efficient.

Mind the step when getting into the shower space.

We stayed in the family room. It was comfortable and a decent size for 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was nice to sleep to the sound of the river.

Our window opened up to the road out front so traffic was a bit noisy. Breakfast was disappointing. We were brought a tray with an egg each, some yogurt with granola, a little bit of meat and cheese and bread with butter and jams. I expected more for the amount we paid.
