Wonderful hotel with beautiful architecture! Room was really pretty and comfortable, very clean and quiet. Very nice touch with the lovely teas available and sweet complimentary cake. Breakfast was super diverse and delicious. Finally the spa was amazing! Lots of equipment, calm and comfortable. There is also a rooftop with incredible views . We loved our stay here and will definitely come back!!

Maybe what could be improved is the friendliness of the staff... Most of them were very cold, even felt like we were bothering the ladies at the front desk while checking in.

Food was amazing. Choice at dinner every evening was superb and good portions. A little out of town, but more than made up for by the frequent ski shuttle. Best of all, at low periods it’s on demand!! Pool and sauna Areas spectacular. What we both loved was the pride of the staff to serve and their love of this family run business.

Very little and I know that the following is a little picky…. Would loved more fresh juices in the morning; carrot can get a little repetitive. We had smoked salmon one morning, but please shake it up a little maybe with some sausages, mushrooms etc.

Very comfortable rooms. great spa, freindly and accomodating staff. Stylish with very much the family run hotel feel Very good food. Pretty locale. Pricey but not terribly pricey by Swiss resorts standards. Also enjoyed the spa and pool, both of which are really good.

Need to take a shuttle bus the to the cable car and back which is sometimes inconvenient. Rooms very comfortable but not large. Single elevator which when you need to take it can be a bit slow. There are steps though if you are not lugging equipment.

This was our 4th visit to this hotel, we love to come here and this was the first time in winter for Christmas. They put on a beautiful Christmas and the spa is just so beautiful since the renovation. Really dog friendly and just picture perfect setting.

Some little improvements could be good: I found the massage a little strange and the kitchen could use some better vegan options for special set menus when dietary requirements are given in advance. 4chf for a nespresso pod in a self service set up is a bit much.

We had an amazing time at this hotel and were able to truly relax. The spa area, including the indoor pool, is top-notch. The restaurant and bar offer incredible food and drinks. Our room had a stunning view, and to our pleasant surprise, the prices for the quality food and drinks were quite reasonable. Another highlight is the 360 view from the rooftop, as well as the convenient walking distance to Lake Cauma.

Because the pillows were very soft, we had trouble sleeping for the first few days.

- beautiful hotel inside and out, with an eye for details - amazing breakfast buffet in a very nice dining hall - the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable - thank you for everything! - location is good, close to the Caumasee and to the cable cars so great to explore from there - saunas are beautiful, with a forest view

- you can see inside the swimming pool area from outside / the front of the hotel which didnt feel so comfortable - the parking is either super stuffed or a bit far

Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

Small bathroom. Small and narrow hanger for ski, it was difficult to reach the ski hanged on the edge even for a slim person like me.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is also very good. Breakfast has a good variety of foods to choose from. Dinner is also excellent

Nothing not to like.

Great location. Loved the breakfast. The staff are quite friendly. Has a charger for electric cars. Nice decor with props of great historical significance.

We arrived late and our key was not left behind. The barman let us in and found a room in the building for us but we had to check in the following day. The room had an excellent view but the window opens above the seating area in the terrace where people smoke underneath and smoke comes into the room through the window.
