Well, I chose the hotel for the perfect location - huge parking at the cable car for skiing. But the staff was very nice, the room is spacious and designed very well. They also have a cute Japanese restaurant for the dinner and quite nice and modern spa area.

They should really fix the elevator! It's just embarrassing for the new hotel to have such a dumb elevator. Especially since they have two second floors (spa vs ski room) - when you mix them up (not labelled), you have to wait until elevator closes one door, tries to go, realizes it's already at the second floor and opens another door. You spend like 10 sec waiting! It's both hilarious and infuriating. Other than that, not much to say. The room on the sunny side got overhead just from the sun, so without air conditioning (I couldn't find it), it took quite some time with open windows to cool down, and that's winter time (just think this might get really bad in summer, but then maybe they have a central air-conditioning running).

The location was spot on. We wanted the convenience of being able to get straight to the gondola. The rooms were nicely decorated and the reception area/bar was very welcoming. Breakfast was just right and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa. When my husband left a shirt in the room the staff were very helpful and posted it back to us immediately thank you for that!

It did feel a little like we were staying in the shopping center that was never really open. As the shops closed as we were getting down from the mountain! The room also ran a little hot and the thermostat didn’t seem to be effective, although it was easy enough to open the balcony door.

Lovely design hotel in the heart of Flims. The location couldn't be better, right by the lifts and just a few minutes from the train station. Charming coffee shop and various shops in the attached STENNA Flims area, adding to the convenience. The room design and attention to detail were great, and breakfast was delightful. The Spa also was really relaxing. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

As a design hotel, it had its some quirks, like the bathroom layout having abundance of glass. The pillows could have been a bit comfier, but the hotel would have likely provided alternatives if asked. Despite these minor notes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't find them to be major drawbacks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we have no complaints.

I really enjoyed almost everything in the hotel. The location is superb, the staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, made me feel very welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, I liked the style. The spa is just fantastic after hiking the whole day. The drinks at the bar in the lobby were well made.

The variety of the breakfast with more fruits would have been great. To be honest I was a little shocked by the absence of noise isolation in the room. I could not only hear people talking but I could hear what they were talking about in the room next to mine.

Very original design and the decor is very elegant and well thought out. Highest quality of construction and materials. The bathroom was wow!! Beautiful terrace too. The staff were all super friendly. Dinner was nice, on a beautiful terrace with good food. Good breakfast. Great value for money. Amazing spa.

The dividers between the terraces are only about a foot tall which means your neighbors can walk right on to your terrace. My neighbors had a dog who sat there staring at me. No air conditioning or fans available.

Staff are really friendly and you couldn't get a more convenient location for skiing with ski hire, ski room with boot warmer and ski lifts all in walking distance on same level. The hotel design is also nice. Breakfast was good too.

There are very few added extra's, for instance no handcream or body lotion in the room, although they did give it to us when we asked for it and no drinks or snacks in the mini fridge. Wouldn't expect these to be free but would be nice to have something available. Also no Netflix or streaming services on TV. Spa has no jacuzzi.

There were many many things to like at the Hyde hotel, but I'll name just a few: The Spa was amazing, even though not everything was running, we had the spa all to ourselves and it's huge, beautifully decorated and extremely comfy., Do not miss it when you visit that hotel. The room had a different layout from any other hotel that I've stayed at, really smart and original. The personel: we interacted with three employees (check in, breakfast, check out), they were all extremely nice

Maybe a more private toilet?

I love The Hide and go back whenever I can, it is a great hotel, well designed with a lovely bar, fantastic location by the ski lifts, always sweet kind and helpful staff. I usually take a double room with the Mountain View to enjoy the terrace :)

Gym should open earlier to accommodate early birds, may be nice to add body lotions to the set in the rooms :)

Fantastic location within a very short walk to the main access points to the mountain infrastructure (summer and winter) and more or less ski-in/ski-out (depending on snow situation/time of year). Good size rooms with all the amenities one comes to expect at this price point. Good selection of restaurants/food options on site. In-house cinema. Spa. Easy access to the Stenna mall and shops. Short walk to the main town center and more restaurant options.

The hotel is integrated into the main Stenna mall building (not only a bad thing) over separate floors and mall zones. Depending on what guest are looking for that is or is not a great thing (e.g. shoppers staring at your morning coffee in the breakfast area). The room we had for our two-night stay has a see through bathroom (dark tinted glass walls towards the main room), not something we would actively choose for a romantic weekend without kids.

I came for skiing. The ski room is about 100m from the entrance of the gondola. The path is level: no ascents or descents, and no stairs. Very comfy. Room and bed were comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a part of a big shopping complex which has shops, cinema, galleries and more. But it also has a large supermarket and a pharmacy, very convenient for travellers. There is a large smart TV, which I could use to stream content from my phone. There was a nice small balcony with mountain view.

The spa did not have a hottub.
