The Staff is really nice and there is a water kettle and tea available at every floor. The room is quite big with a balcony and there is a nice view of the city and forest if you choose a front room.

Some of the rooms are quite ugly with updated furniture, but the recepcionist was very nice and we could choose a room we liked most. There was a cleaning product smell that did not go away even after keeping the window opened all day. During the day it can get quite noisy due to the round about situated in front of the hotel, but you have a nice view :)

The breakfast buffet was plentiful even for a vegetarian like me. There were fresh fruits, freshly baked breads and loved the cherry jam. Dinner was excellent and the staff also was accommodating to fix a meal for my dog. The location is perfect, walking distance to the river, main street and race course. The room was bright and clean and quiet and comfy.

Centrally located and quite close to train station and bus station . Also close to tourist information centre.

The front office reception was difficult to find when I reached late 20:00 for checkin, it was on second floor with no indication on the ground floor, by trial had to check out second floor after finding no office on first floor but they were helpful by waiting beyond their regular time.

Great location good breakfast. Friendly staff. My room had a fridge! It Was a large room with a large window. I expected less because some of the past reviews. But one needs to remember, when a hotel puts in new carpets & New furniture-- the price will go up. This hotel is priced low, because it hasn't up graded everything.

I could not find any English channels on the TV. And the front desk closes after 7 pm. For a 70 yr old solo lady, - it is nice to think someone is there.

The hotel and staff were great! Room very clean. Swimming pool very nice.

The parking! Very narrow to an elevator. Then down to basement. I was charged 10 euro to park.

The hotel is located at a 10 minutes walk from the train/tram station. There are also a few restaurants close by. The view from the balcony was really nice. The staff were also very helpful. Bonus is the tram ride from the Karlsruhe hbf to the Bad Herrenalb hbf.

The hotel is well located and the room I had was quiet.

I could not swim because the pool was 15 degrees. Too cold.
