The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice and ample and the breakfast staff were helpful and courteous Sheets were being changed everyday and the bathroom was very clean with modern fittings The location was fantastic. The main temple is just 5-7 mins walk and has a wonderful view of Gomti and the Arabian sea. The property isn’t too far from the railway station as well.

Overall there’s hardly anything to complain about.

The location is fantastic! A walk away from the Dwarkadheesh Temple, Drive away from Nageshwar Temple, Gopi Talab, Old Dwarka Bhej (go by boat) - hotel was homely, views of the arabian sea from the roof terrace was amazing - bonus the view of the Main Lord Krishna temple from the top of the hotel - closest we will see it from a far! Food was delicious, staff were amazing! No far from the train station and facilities were to a high standard. They provided us with watr bottles whenever we ventured out. The hotel manager accomodated our needs and provided us with the best transport to Somnath - decenctly priced!

The room was clean and sea facing. The room had tea/coffee making facilities, freeze, and toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the hotel was hardly 7-8 mins walk to Dwarkadhish mandir and about 10mins from station in night. Definitely, I will stay here again.

TV wasn't working in my room, so I asked someone to come and have a look at the tv, but nobody turned up. But I won't let this affect my good experience.

The staffs were courteous at Restaurant & front office.

They Charged us full 800/- for extra guest on 1st arrival day without allotting a Triple bedder / bigger room, on plea of being sold-out (atleast shouldn't charged the extra full amount when unable to provide the amenity). After pushing repeatedly were allotted an upgraded spacious room suitable for 3 person on 2nd day. The rate was too high and nearly at par with the best star hotel in town. The room view wasn't appreciable either.

Location of the hotel is just within 200 metres of the temple. Sea facing rooms are also there subject to availability. Quality of food at 5th floor restaurants is just awsome.

Some of the facilities can be added for betterment;Such as hotel VIP louge or waiting lounge is not adequately airconditioned. Room service can be made available 24×7 basis.

YOUR RESTAURANT AND FOOD WAS EXCELENT. VIEW OF SEA SHORE WAS BREATHTAKING. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

I HAD INFORMED ABOUT MY EARLY ARRIVAL BUT I GOOT MY ROOMS AFTER 2 HOURS. IOUR FAMILY HAD TO WAIT. YOU MUST HAVE SOME ROOMS FOR SUCH REQUEST. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THANKS

The location of dining area is amazing, the quality of food has been wonderful, and the staff specially Mr. Balamsingh has been extremely caring and courteous. Altogether, our trip was enjoyable.

Room service for the existing guests only after 2PM did not appear quite convenient.

The location of the hotel is exceptional for tourists. Very close to Shri Dwarkadish temple, hardly 5mins by walk. Room / bathroom were very clean and well maintained. We opted for sea view room and the view from our room was beautiful. The Hotel’s restaurant serves good food and the staff were very courteous. We had a good experience staying in the hotel.

We hope the Hotel GrandLadhukara maintains its cleanliness and retains its good staff.

Walking distance to the Dwarkadhish temple - about 400m. Extremely clean. The food is excellent in taste and also service time is very fast in the restaurant. . The staff at the restaurant and the hotel are very helpful

The room size is a little tight. But still value for money

hotel is near to Dwarikadish temple and sea view from dinning area. Location wise it's good because ocean and temple take 10-15 min walk to reach there. Food option good inside hotel's restaurant.

washroom cleanliness is not upto the mark and smell is coming from there after raising the concern they fix it but I am not satisfied with.
