The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and super helpful. The apartment has been renovated and looks like the photos. The room was clean and the furniture was new and comfortable. The bed and linens were very good. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was literally everything you would need if you wish to cook your meals. The location was on a quiet street and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade with many restaurants. There is parking on the street.

The room was perfect, big, quiet, clean. There was everything we needed in kitchen and bathroom. The staff were friendly and always ready to help! We needed iron for our clothes and they gave it to us. We enjoyed swimming pool as well

Two small issues I noticed that should be improved: The internet is just terrible. So sad that such a small thing I should mention in my feedback. It’s so easy to fix internet! Another thing we faced was hot water from both hot and cold water taps. We asked to fix it, but it was not fixed until our checkout.

Everything was amazing and very very nice and i want to say thank you to the lady at the reception, she was so kind with us, and she provide everything we need. And she is so nice , she provide us with a free upgrade to family room which was a really amazing and i recommond everyone come to antalya to try this luxury apprt, i dont know your name but thanks again for everything. And for sure we wll go back again, it was just a night but we regret that we didnot book more than that but for sure for the next time.

Almost Perfect. I was really surprised by this place, I stayed in apartments before but I had never seen this much carefulness and preparation in one before. The place has everything anyone could have. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and even has an air fryer and coffee maker. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Konyalti Beach.

The only bad thing is the WIFI, Its a shame that a place like this will lose rating points just because of having bad WIFI, fixing this problem will get this place a 10/10.

The apartment was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for both short and long stays. Overall, everything was clean, although there was a minor leak in the toilet. The staff was very responsive, always ready to help, and incredibly welcoming with their smiles, which we greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and the beach nearby. The price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. Highly recommend!

Room is spacious. Had a fridge, dishwasher, air-fryer, sandwich maker and basic kitchen appliances. Absolutely perfect, beautiful. The apartment is clean and spacious. The pool and gardens are excellent. Excellent location 3 minutes from the beach, plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away. The staff is incredibly friendly and there for anything you need. They especially helped us with accommodation in Istanbul. Definitely a recommendation.

Beautiful apartment we had a delux apartment on 3rd floor. Lovely massive bath in the bedroom. Clean throughout with lots of lovely touches. Coffee machine microwave toastie maker , washing machine. The apartment was overlooking the pool. It was quiet. The staff were fabulous very friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. Beach 2 mins walk away close to local buses to get you to Kalicie old town.

A lot of reviews was about bad internet connection, for me it worked perfectly. I suppose owner fix the issue. The location is great - beach with beautiful view in 5 mins walk, a lot cafes around. Apartment clean and comfortable. Hosts are very kind and helpful people. Thank you for amazing vacation.

Very special about Neva Suite Hotel is on the one hand the great hospitality and on the other hand the proximity to the Konyaalti beach. We had plenty of space and even though this hotel doesn't have a sea view, it still has that sea feeling. The staff was friendly at any time and open to suggestions for improvements. We had no car available, but that wasn't a big deal. It's only a 7 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. In addition, there is also within walking distance the main street with many restaurants and delicious food. We didn't cook during our one-week stay, but ate a lot of fresh (and very tasty) fish in the restaurants nearby. A tip: Check the online reviews beforehand - that helped us a lot. :-). We also went around by cab a few times: In Antalya - at least in Konyaalti - we didn't have to worry about paying too much because the cabs use taximeters, so you always know what the current rate is. Unfortunately, the buses are very crowded, which is not recommended, especially during Corona. In my opinion, the public transport system is also very difficult to understand - there is an app "Antalya Kart", but due to the lack of explanation, it was not usable for us. Also, at the bus stops, there is no information when which line is departing. I hope that this will improve in the next few years. The best to the end: Antalya has changed enormously and has become a really worth seeing city, I am extremely delighted. The water at Konyaalti beach is very clean, generally Konyaalti is very clean, the people there are very friendly, you have price transparency and can also explore the city very well by foot. I have no negative aspects, because the staff was always ready to talk and listened to our suggestions for improvement. This is also the reason why I would visit this hotel again at any time and recommend it to my friends.
