Everything was amazing!!! 9/10!!! Pool room and pool water were really cold, though. They were having issues with the hot tub as well. So no access to that. But the food was DELICIOUS, HEALTHY, AND FULFILLING!!! (They had vegetable or cheese omelettes, pancakes, dairy free chocolate milk [Silk] & many other delicious goodies!) Beds were comfortable and warm! Beautiful view of the river from the top floor!

Cold pool & pool room (it was freezing outside and they had issues heating). No working hot-tub.

Having two dogs was so easy to just walk them right on the back lawn! It was beautiful and well kept. Friendly receptionist when we arrived and there was old frozen milk in our freezer that was leaking all over.

The hot tub was very gross/dirty. Jets were broken as well. The breakfast was not great.. the eggs were very watery. The cleaning staff tending to the breakfast area seemed like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to help out.

The breakfast was fantastic, so appreciated the woman working there and keeping everything filled and clean. Great eating area! Bed coverings were lovely and comfortable. The best pillows I have EVER had...thank you Very quiet. Loved the bananas and apples and coffee at the entrance, very inviting.

The cupboard that housed the fridge did not completely close. We did not do the damage.

Great hotel, super friendly staff when we arrived that gave us ideas for things to do and a coupon for the Winston safari drive. The amenities are all super nice and convenient. The room was so comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. The surrounding area felt safe. Nice safe parking lot for our vehicle. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Everything is very clean. Would definitely recommend, would stay longer than a night driving through next time as well.

Hot and cold breakfast was great, warm cinnamon rolls mmmmmm. pool and spa nice, gym small but just enough to get a nice workout, everything was very clean. Staff all greeted you with smiles. Awesome view of the river. Great hotel for the value. 10/10 would def return.

Hard to find anything to complain about cept I Wish there was a freezer.

We had a pleasant and peaceful one night stay. The suite room was very spacious for our family of five. The room also had a back door with direct access to the hotel's outside grounds which made it very easy to walk our dog. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was just ok for us and the room was a bit outdated.

The location was very convenient. It was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast in the morning really made the day of travel we had ahead way more bareable. It made an unexpected one night stay really pleasant! 😁

I really had no complaints for only being there one night.

Breakfast was great—hot and cold choices. The early morning—before 7am—desk agent was wonderful to speak with and more than accommodating! She helped me with advice and info about the area and hotel amenities. Very nice to my sweet dog the desk agent upon checking in was also very kind and helpful.

The property is super clean and conveniently located. The room was preheated before we arrived, which was nice. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a plus for my mother-in-law, who is traveling with us with her small 2 pound dog.

I did notice that the spa was out of order when we arrived, but that was OK because everything else was on point and super clean and tidy. Also, the cleaning crew was amazingly friendly, all smiles, and very professional.

Loby was open and modern, check in was easy with friendly staff. Back grounds were well maintained

The room seemed dated and worn. Breakfast wasn't stocked fully when we arrived at breakfast. Price for the room seemed high for the level and quality of the room and hotel.
