Our expectations were not high, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the room and amenities especially when taking into account the motel rate. We were checked in by Carmelita who was very friendly, humorous and helpful.

We have no complaints. It was very reasonably priced accommodation and provided us with what we needed. It's an older motel but is adequately maintained.

I personally booked the room through a third party app and once I arrived at the hotel the check-in process went smoothly. My reservation was ready and I was in my room in no time at all. This is a great place to stay because of the privacy and comfort the hotel provides.

There wasn't anything at all that was dislikeable at this hotel during my stay.

close to everything I needed to be near easy to find! also cut my finger the first night, didn't have any bandaids like I thought so thankfully front desk did ! super sweet amazing experience ❤️

honestly wish it was a little more sound proof between 1st and 2nd floor. I woke up at 230 245am and couldn't go back yo sleep finally left at around 315am cause the guests in the room above me sounded like a heard of elephants & as if they were flooding the room. it was unpleasant. overall I love this place and I'll be back eventually again

Good location for my needs. Staff were very helpful. Even when their computer system was having issues they managed to keep a good attitude about the situation.

Television was pretty small for such a large room and hard to hear over the heater. Didn't want to blast the volume and bother neighboring guests. The placement of the iron hanger is very high, and awkward to access. Being a little person and used to climbing to reach things this was mounted oddly even for average size people.

Room was clean, all appliances worked well, beds were comfortable.

So called breakfast, that should start at 10:30. It is almost lunch time. If we knew that there will be no breakfast at normal breakfast time we would book another accommodation.

Clean and quiet nice size room actually a large room for a great price. Some of the facilities were under remodel but that wasn't a problem

Remodel construction started at 7:00 a.m. . I know that's not really early for most but I work nights. But I understand that I'm not a normal shift person

Friendly, helpful staff. Room had everything I needed including a fridge/freezer. The decor was better than most rooms in this price range. It’s conveniently located to the old downtown Roseburg, which is the main reason I haven’t booked elsewhere.

Cleanliness was good but not excellent — fairly typical of other hotels in this price range.

Friendly people. Always help right away or say it will possibly take 10 minutes and come to help within 10 minutes if so.

The walls were not clean. The linoleum needed to be cleaned more.

Decent size refrigerator that actually works! Good use of space for everything that was in one room. It was quiet and clean.

If you're looking to stretch out, this is not the place for you. Bathroom a little too small, if the door opened outward it would help.

The location was great.

No services from staff until 9 AM so no breakfast (breakfast bars, coffee, juice) until 9:30. No ice available until 9AM.
