Location Comfortable room Excellent parking

After communication of requested room location which is very good for the dog, when I arrived the clerk indicated that all room type is selected was not available. She insisted all those rooms were booked by a large group. After insisting I had confirmation the room would be available she checked several times and then found an available room. That night we noticed that there was only 2 other guests staying in that area so her claim they were all booked was a blatant lie. I would expect more since Ive stayed at this facility many times in the past. Very disappointed.

Checked in to the Riverfront on my way to Crater Lake and it was a great stay. The property is located right next to the river and my back windows over liked the river. Even a back door so I could stand outside and hear it. Room was extremely clean and very big (actually huge) for a hotel room. Towels were big and fluffy. Breakfast was good. Back on the road traveling after a good nights sleep. Would stay there again if in the area.

This is a great place to stay. You need to be aware there is only a shower, no tub.

The inn is on the river and on the road that heads into downtown Roseburg. Very close to the I-5 The green park they maintain gives a nice frontage to the river. We’ve stayed there before, the staff are very good. The breakfast is very simple but adequate—you usually take a tray back up to your room Coffee is great!

I like staying there, it is along a busy road, but the setback is good and the river on the other side—each room has a balcony—makes the stay very nice

The lady at the front desk during the evening shift was very helpful and respectful. She really did an amazing job and was very friendly with us, it was our first time in roseburg so she gave us some recommendations that were amazing. The room was decently clean allowing us to feel comfortable. At night sometimes deer will come near the property adding to the overall experience of the trip.

The rooms definitely need some renovation in the bathroom. Also parking was full and not easy to find during the end of the night.

Very attractive area looking over the river that is super nice for walking the pup! Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. It’s a short walk over the bridge to the (kinda sad) downtown area where there are some options for a nice meal.

No issues with the property. It’s sad that Roseburg has some individuals with mental health and drug issues that made it unsafe for me to walk (alone, in evening) to Two Shy Brewery along the river path. And it’s not the group that are working towards recovery under the bridge…it was the random guys strung out and talking to themselves farther along.

Nice room with more space than others, because the room was located in the bend of the building (room 304). The balcony was private with four chairs overlooking the river and beautiful greenery.

Breakfast is a limited continental-style. We also had a very slow emptying sink, which we asked the front desk to have taken care of during our stay. It was not, so hopefully some Drano was used after we left.

We had a great stay at this motel. The bedroom is renovated with new flooring, modern headboards and modern lighting fixtures. The room came with microwave and a mini fridge too. We stayed on the 2nd floor, so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the river. From the back of the parking lot, there is also a very short path near the river with benches and a couple of tables. Last but not least, we also enjoyed the availability of the continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. Thank you!

Nothing. We had a great stay!

My granddaughter enjoyed playing in the pool. The basic breakfast met our needs and the coffee was good. I appreciate the 5 hour window to dine. We also could walk to local restaurants. Being close to the highway was a convenience.

The room had a particular smell that old hotels get. It may be the AC. I liked the balcony but our neighbors smoked and so I had to limit time and keep the door shut.

Literally every person that helped us either at the front desk or with housekeeping was kind, efficient, and helpful. The rooms were super clean and felt welcoming and just roomy enough. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the towels and pillows as well. Breakfast options were perfect and I actually enjoyed the preorder and pickup way they had us do.

The bathrooms not having a fan was tough. Between the condensation from hot shower and the lack of circulation when one of the kids blew it up, the lack of fan meh'd the experience. The only option really was a small window that was right at the public walking area. It not quite high enough to feel private. Also, a safety measure for the window to only open a certain width would have helped it feel less of an issue.

It's a nice room with a balcony. I suppose there is a good view of the river from the balcony, but unfortunately, during my stay, it's very foggy and couldn't see anything. The beds are comfy. A walk-in shower instead of a bath tub is always a plus for me. There's always coffee available in the lobby which is wonderful. The toiletries have an excellent smell and the bath soap is a glycerine soap which is excellent for my skin

It's difficult to get in and out of the inn because it's positioned right at the intersection where the bridge to cross the river. In order to drive to the opposite direction, you can't make a left turn but crossed the bridge and passed a block or 2 before you can turn back. If you want a nice hearty breakfast, skip the free breakfast from the inn and crossed the road to Denny's.
