The building and room were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent, the food area laid out so there was plenty of room to navigate from one area to the next. There was plenty of seating. The menu was the same as the other 2 hotels we stayed on our trip. Food area was clean and orderly.

My wife had one complaint, the conditioner in the shower was empty. We called the front desk and someone brought up a new one. They were a little slow in responding. Other than that, no complaints.

Fantastic place to stay in Roseburg. Very new, clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location (easy off and on I-5). Great hot breakfast (Omelette, meat and potatoes, fruit, make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, etc). Staff is very professional, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Only complaint was there was a fan in the ceiling above the entry way to our room that was a bit loud and there was no way to turn it off, so it was like having white noise all night long.

Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the egg white frittata, pork sausage, and fried potatoes. Really liked the long bathroom countertop and the extra pull-out shelves. Also liked the small foot shelf in the shower. We liked the cell phone chargers in the bedside lamps too. The king bed was very comfortable!

The couch could use lower and wider arms.

The staff is friendly, the room was big and clean, not overcrowded with furniture. I forgot hairspray and called to ask if I they sold any. They did not, but they had some I could have, from there “just in case you forgot” drawer. The breakfast was excellent, clean, and such nice, pleasant, staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Breakfast and employee (male) fantastic...both mornings.....love the room and info on walls. Especially loved that it stated: you can use a tray and take breakfast to your room! Great landscaping, love the bed coverings! Front desk gals could give little more info, especially for first timers. Had to ask, where is the elevator. They did share info about pool and hot tub. Great open entry, nicely staged, Reception employees well presented. Breakfast room, nicest I have ever enjoyed.

One more chair in room. Info at front desk: explain that there is coffee always available, just around the corner. That is so nice especially since no coffee in rooms.

Facilities were generally very good, bed and linens very comfortable.

Because of how the air circulation system is set up the room is rather noisy. The Air conditioner can be turned off but the air circulation system cannot be turned off. The bathroom floor had noticeable pockets of dirt in the grooves next to the shower, should have been cleaned up.

Breakfast was typical fare of todays hotels that serve such. on a scale of 1-10, I'd give all of those type of hotels a 7. It was adequate but nothing to write home about. I won't let that discourage me from staying there again, or eating breakfast there again. Fare was pre-made egg frittata, with sausage & potatoes. They had a reasonable selection of other options also. The staff kept the dining area and serving counters strikingly clean and stocked up. They were also pleasant and courteous to chat with, excellent employees.

Very comfortable room & shower, impeccable cleanliness, very friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was very good and generous.

A marginal matter: papper plates and plastic "silver" in the dining room - these are below the hotel's generally high service standards.

Bathroom was updated, bright and spacious. Room size was generous, parking was easy and breakfast was quite good, really enjoyed the waffles and coffee. I also liked that I could control the room temperature so it was cool for sleeping. Overall it was a good hotel, a pleasant stay!

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too small and squished flat so not supportive for sleeping or sitting up to read.

I am an amputee and when we got there I requested an ADA room so I could use my knee scooter at night/morning.The staff accommodated the request without any issues. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We stay here once a year.
