The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, continental breakfast plus they had a chef who made items to order from a preselected set of options. These included: omelet, fried, or scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes.

The pool was clean but not the greatest. We only swam once as it was mediocre. The room we were assigned was a handicap accessible (we are not handicapped) but it was on the complete opposite side of the building from the lobby and breakfast room. I don’t think that was the best location for a handicap accessible room. It was also under the stairs so no natural lighting at all. Our air conditioner was not working, when I asked to have it get fixed they gave me a series of steps to perform to reset it, which didn’t work. This was during a week of 90-100’s temps in the summer. We ended up sleeping with no AC for the 2nd night and it was eventually fixed before the 3rd night. The first night I assumed my husband had just set the thermostat higher.

I do a fair bit of travel for work. This travel was a "last minute" driving trip with my wife and dog. We needed a quick easy place to stay late at night. When I checked in, the gentleman that checked us in was friendly, helpful and efficient. He was as good or better than any of the people who have greeted me from 5-star properties. He made the stay and overall experience tremendous.

The rooms are a good value for the price, but maybe a little upgrade would help. For example, the desk chair is badly worn and in need of repairs... but it was still functional.

The staff at the facility was very welcoming and helpful, starting with Jessica at the front desk, through the chef and waitress at the cafe that served breakfast.. We loved that the hotel provides a free level 2 electric car charger which allowed us to charge overnight right in the parking lot and leave the next morning with a100% charge. We also enjoyed the free breakfast that not only had a good selection of bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and hot waffles, but also had a chef preparing made to order omelets, potatoes, and pancakes! It went way beyond the typical free motel breakfast. We did not get a chance to use the indoor pool and hot tub, but will plan time for that at our next visit. Whenever we come this way, we’ll stay here!

The facilities are getting a little worn around the edges, while still being perfectly adequate.

Despite how busy the lobby was the girl doing the check in was awesome. So patient and pleasant to deal with. Went out of her way to book people at nearby places as this hotel was sold out. Morning staff member equally as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the best we have ever been offered during our overnight stays while traveling. Choices of hot meal prepared for you…outstanding service.

Wifi in our room…furthest away from lobby had very spotty wifi. Only there for one night so not really a problem for us.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The rims were clean. There were some decent cable channels to watch. Plenty of parking. Located near several eateries. Breakfast was nice, no sausage or bacon, but made to order omelettes or pancakes plus other selections. Good shower pressure and temperature. Comfortable beds. I'd stay again for sure.

Got there in the evening. The first room the bathroom light had a fan that made a horrible noise the entire it was turned on. The second room the heater would only blow cold. The front desk lady was wonderful. She came down and tried to fix the heater but couldnt so she moved us to the adjoining room and we didnt even have to go outside. They have been nothing but wonderful and the chef with the breakfast that he cooks when you order it is a huge plus.

It was a clean and nicely set up room. The shower was nice and powerful. It is so nice to have a decent shower. The breakfast was wonderful and better than most of the bed and breakfasts we stayed at, during our road trip. the staff was very friendly. We will definitely remember this hotel when we travel through Oregon again.

The pool and hot tub were great to relax in after driving all day. The room was super clean, spacious, and well- maintained. I appreciated the vanity with the magnifying mirror, q tips and cotton balls. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. Breakfast was super good as well!

The breakfast was next level - cooked on demand. You can tell the property owners take pride in this place. it was spotless - we saw a maintenance guy picking up leaf litter in the parking lot! There are numerous small touches too like the way the towels are arranged extra small toiletries in the rooms, etc. The location is right off the freeway and the town of Sutherlin has a smattering of restaurants. We stayed here as a halfway point bringing our son to college and it was very comfortable,

Easy to find. Nice big room with all you expect of a BW Plus. Very good indoor pool if I had wanted to use it.

Not exactly a dislike but after all the rave reviews we had read about the hot breakfast the reality was a bit of a let down. All very well having eggs cooked to order but not worth it if no decent accompaniments like some bacon.
