Helpful staff, nice tub (a luxury for me I only have shower) with plenty of hot water. Convenient location from freeway yet amazingly quiet! Didn't bring pet but liked they are welcome here. Gave us coupon for nearby discounted food that saved search for meal. Checked in separately with no issues.

Bed not very comfortable but was tired enough that it was fine. Basic room needs updated. Forgot wall chargers so USB plug would have been helpful (that's on me just an example).

Location and staff Elizabeth. We arrived late at night and she helped us to get a room even the issue was not resolved at that time. There was an issue with the virtual card of booking.com and doesn’t want to pay our room. We stayed in the lobby for a while, and got in our room past midnight.

Friendly front desk person at all different times of day. Coffee in lobby at 6 am and a comfortable bed Lots of parking , right off the freeway, and a clean lobby.

Room cleaning staff didn't reply when I said hello. Floor could have been swept and mopped better. Exit door way too close to room, heard it every time all hours of the night. People making noise at 2 am and no one came to quiet them.

The location was good. It was right off the hwy so we were able to continue out trip to northern Oregon easily, We were able to have our two little dogs in the room . Liked that t was pet friendly.

The room was freezing cold when we checked in. The window was opened and it was snowing outside. Air conditioner was on not the heater. Once the room heated up it was fine

Nice staff, amazing bed, AC worked great, good location.

Tub was grimy and uncleaned before my arrival, and the tub drain didn’t work so the bath drained the whole time and couldn’t hold water. The fridge had only one mode.. frozen.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. I needed milk in the morning. They have a vending machine with milk. Nice location, easy to find, easy on and off the freeway. Easy booking online with no prepay if you want to pay when you get there. Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush they gave us a choice of fixing the problem, or we could have another room. we took another room with no problem they gave us new key cards and a room number right across the hall.

Having access to the end doors so we could load and unload our things easier.

Incredibly simple hotel. If you just want a quick stop and sleep, it's perfect. The staff was very attentive, and the room was clean. An easy in and out motel near I-5, conveniently located next to an In-n-Out burger joint!

The housekeeper beating on my door like the building was on fire at 10:15 am on Thursday august first then he was rude and the chubby night front desk guy is very rude as well otherwise excellent!!

The location of the vending machines and ice machines. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were very clean. Super quiet, I barely could I5 from my room.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room.

I stay at Motel 6 because of their Pet policy, which is hands down the best. This Location is an older "Inside doors" type, which is great if its raining, but makes it a little challenging to get the dogs out to the car. Not knowing if you'll meet other dogs in the hallway etc. Also, people do not pick up after their pets, so the motel should consider doing that to provide a more sanitary pet area.
