Great location , 10 min walk to everything ! The staff was amazing , they were very accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean. Apart from that the hotel always smelled clean as well. Also , there is female masseuse there that does amazing work . Would definitely recommend!

Cons: alil mold on the restroom ceiling. But nothing too crazy. Also, if you're a light sleeper there's a church right next to the hotel that rings a bell a few times a day. But if you're not sensitive it shouldn't be a problem 😇

The location was spectacular, within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore. And my room was super quiet. The place was very clean and safe, with 24 reception and also 24 hour lock on the door to the outside (buzz to get in).

My room was hot because the window was to the inside. They provided me with a large fan that helped immensely. Pillows were very thin. Internet cut in and out, but I suspect that is common.

Very good location, in the city center, yet with no bigger street next to it. Breakfast - perfect size and mix of western and traditional Mexican - probably the best chilaquiles I have eaten during this trip. Staff - there is a problem with our original room and they provided us with a new one. Nice view from terrace.

Original room - there was no window in the bathroom, thus the whole room smelled of humidity and felt humid, the flush was broken and when I opened it, I had noticed that this was the source of the smell: the staff assured me that it would be fixed. The hotel advertises itself together with the spa; yet none of the facilities are for free for the guest, in order to use saunas and pool, you need to buy extra package, I think it should be mentioned somewhere.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food in their restaurant is delicious and at a good price. The location is great, too.

If you are a light sleeper, you will be awaken very early by the bells from the church next door. If not, you will be fine, or they can be your alarm.

Bruno was very helpful good service and very nice guy and all the other staff were very nice too.

That we had to pay to use the pool and that only the cheaper room I paid for had breakfast included. My room cost more and I had to pay for my breakfast and the other room I paid for also was cheaper and they got free breakfast I don't understand that. One more thing the room had no soap, shampoo and no extra toilet paper.

Location was perfect! The staff very kind and helpful. They have a Spa and it seems to be awesome. Bruno was the best at the Reception. Greeted me with a smile and helped me with my heavy carry on and bag. Miguel was so nice too. Helped me calling a taxi and assisted with my luggage as well.

Room was warm. Fan is in the ceiling but did not work well. Bed was kind of noisy anytime you turn around. TV did not work at all. Walls not too insulated. Noisy sometimes.

The internet, they should have a good signal in every room, to get some bars I had to stay near the window but if I move to the bed was gone

*The Wi-Fi kept going in and out every so often (until the last 2 days which the Wi-Fi worked without an issue) *It was easy to hear the lobby and terrace sounds. *Not a lot of options for the kitchen (apart from various drinks and soft drinks)

This place is in a really good location. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We loved the spa. The rooms are basic but it was perfect for us because we were out all day. Noise wise you can hear the bells from the church ring in the morning or during the day, this might be something people would double think. But it was okay for us. They have really good breakfest. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

I wish they had a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold. Also maybe an ac unit would be nice, one night out of the 3 we stayed was a bit more hot. We kept our windows open with the fan. It kinds helped. But this is more of my personal opinion.

It was really clean , the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located walking distance from the main city plaza . It was very easy to walk anywhere.The spa was a plus. It was relaxing and ve tu confortable.
