Had a great stay at ITC Kohenur. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's very close to Inorbit Mall and Cyberabad, and you can walk to nearby restaurants and facilities easily. Perfect location and comfortable stay.

The housekeeping service at ITC Kohenur was disappointing. They kept bothering me all day through email and WhatsApp just to clean the room, even when "Do Not Disturb" was on and even when I didn’t want the room to be cleaned

Every corner of the hotel appeared to be meticulously maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided, such as luxurious toiletries and comfortable bedding. During my stay, I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, and I must say, the food was outstanding. The chefs demonstrated their culinary expertise through the beautifully presented dishes, bursting with flavors. The attentive waitstaff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Everything is perfect except for the renovation sounds.

The renovation construction noise was present daily but not that much of a problem. But one day before we were to leave, it went up drastically and we couldn't even sleep. Complained to the staff about it but soothing was done and no update on the situation. The next day while checking out, after repeated questions, the staff said that the noise was not from the building, but from next door and they have no control over it. If they could have told us this earlier, it would be easier for us to understand. Just a communication issue I guess, but other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you!

It was our anniversary stay cation and they made it very comfortable for us and wished us. All staff are very friendly and hospitable made our trip special. I made full use of the pool and spa.

One thing is I would like the hotels to have more pillow options. I prefer firmer pillows so would like hotels to offer options upfront.

The concierge staff super exceeds the expectation, they are there instantly, ready and willing to assist. I was there for about 26 nights. Even on my last night 2 gentlemen after their knock off time came to assist with closing & weighing my luggage which is way out of their job description, I just can't recall their names! I think Ashok was the one gentleman...please get their names for me. I give them 11/10 rating. Jaffar our driver...what an exceptional service, always ready to take us through a tour of Hyderabad, helpful, informative, what a Gem! The guys that cleaned my room Akib, Manohar, Subhasith, thank you for an ever clean room and a pretty personalised gift, you guys were awesome. Laundry was also ready on time.

I've stayed at ITC Kohenur over 5 times since 2018, I have noted a decline in service from the reception staff. They used to be your one-stop for all your needs, ready to help, no waiting...I wasn't happy with their service, there was absolutely no extra mile by them

" Especially, Pankaj (IRD MANAGER) Till the last time didn't even know that he was a manager, he was with us like very friendly. Aryan, he was very kind with us and didn't left us till the last time and while we have our dinner he even cared my 10 months baby girl. and Ansari was very friendly and treated us with full of kindness. He was like "Sir if you need anything, I'm here" JUST SAY IT...!! I live in the UK and I haven't seen this hospitality in the UK.i have visited ITC KOHENUR to celebrate my wife's birthday but I felt like whole staff celebrated with us. Myself and my wife and my child were here at ITC KOHENUR for 1 day. During our stay we experienced Excellent service, ambience,hospitality, food quality. Thanks, ITC KOHENUR. No regrets...!!!

My excellent experience in ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad, When I arrived at the ITC Hotel around 10:00 am, I had no more luggage because the Lufthansa Airline failed to deliver my luggage due to their poor service. Ms. Baby immediately informed me that I could check in early, after getting up I ordered a hotel car with the excellent driver “Mr. Daveed". With his help I was able to buy all my clothes and linen as I have important meetings the next days. That was a great relief for me. The front desk was very active in collaborating with the airline and shipping companies to deliver my luggage. It was a very difficult operation but as a team we managed to deliver it late afternoon on the 18 August ( the day before departure) otherwise I would not have received my bags until to-day. I find the staff everywhere very friendly, helpful, attentive and very polite. I filled up very well. My executive room was excellent and the food was very varied and tasted great. With all this help in the hotel, I solved all the problems and fully achieved the goal of my trip. Beautiful property, we got upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise and as a regular ITC customer, I was very happy. As always , service was exceptional and food was outstanding. I am a big fan of ITC's exceptional service and always keep recommending to others.

Nothing to not like about this place !

Excellent structure and strong building, exceptional service by the staff and such a modern environment with traditional service and professional staff..

The restaurant food could improve- both at the Golconda pavilion and at the Dum Phukt Begum .. the dum biryani is no where near the real Hyderabad dum biryani… The meat in all snacks is too soft like mashed baby food.
