Big hotel rooms, nice breakfast, good security, polite and efficient staff service.

This hotel is good but it is too expensive without any reason. There are many 5 star hotels in Hyderabad in nearby localities which are much better and still much cheaper than this hotel. I don't know why they are charging so much for this property. Even after charging such a high cost for room(more than double as compared to other good 5 star hotels) , they don't provide any other service for free or at reasonable rates. Every service is way too expensive. Just for a airport pickup, they charged Rs. 4000 which is too high by any standard.

The staff provide exceptional service. They are Incredibly pleasant, helpful and happy people. I had the privilege to meet the Guest services manager Kranthi, who went out of her way to ensure our experience at the hotel was excellent. The Westin should be very grateful for the staff they have!

Nice hotel, conveniently located for access to Mindspace. Staff were very polite and helpful, the room was very comfortable and food options at the hotel, particularly the breakfast spread, were amazing

Nothing negative about the facilities as such, but I felt that the price paid was on the higher side for a room in Hyderabad. Price aside, everything was first rate.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Hapshank. He helped me patiently while buying my new sim card. A special thank you to Ms. Bembem for helping me with breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, in the high tech city. There are a lot of Bill Gates around hotel :)

gym could be better

Room was very good, towels were so like new, this one my finest stays with my family. Breakfast was good, dinner was delicious but a tad expensive. I would recommend this place just for the way they maintained the room. Pool was a disappointment as it was only from sunrise to sunset and we usually use it post sunset. A very good stay.

Timing of the pool was not suitable for us.

I really liked the breakfast spread. There were always people around to help you with everything right form the Security person near the entrance to the house keeping folks. The reception desk was also very helpful.

The room service can be better. there was an incident where i requested for a dental kit using the express service option on the phone but had to follow up after 10-15 minutes and found that the earlier person did not record my request

Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Right from check in to check out was a cake walk. Very courteous and received a warm welcome

Cost of food and beverages is very high

Loved the variety. Staff was very helpful and service was prompt.

Didn't like the food on the first day. When I gave the feedback, they promptly acted on it and went out of their way to make sure that the food quality was great.

great staff and facilities although getting a bit dated in look and feel

club lounge could do with a refresh and upgrade as not keeping up with other such facilities.
