The reception was extremely good. Especially, Mr Mustafa. He was very polite and respectful. He made sure things were sorted and comfortable for me and my family. Food was decent. I never faced issues with room service or in room dining.
We had requested for few baby services which was not provided.

I like the offer stay with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was ok but Breakfast is good. In short, a good value for money package for business stay. I can't expect more at this price. I also liked to location but the only downside is its distance from the airport. The staffs were well behaved and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Hakuru at Citrus cafe, she was polite and helpful.
Yes, The amenities in the room need to improve. 1. The kettle meant for the water boiler is old and the lid is getting off. It needs replacement. 2. A small toothpaste/brush will be great for short stay travellers.
