The most important thing about this property is the location. Really the location is very good. Near to main road , near to Metro line. Good resturants are near by. Like KFC , Macdonald, Paradise Biriyani. And one small resurant infront of entry gate is also having good breakfast items like Dosa , Idly , Puri , Tea , Juice .

Food is too costly here. I would suggest we should not include Breakfast while booking the room. As it is readily available near by with very minimal price. Also room size is little small as compared to the price. But it will be good for the Corporate people who are coming for business trip where the Company will bear the cost.

Location: The hotel is in a nice buzzing location with a lot of eateries around it. While it is a little bit of walk from the metro but autos are easily available oitside the hotel if one wants to travel. Staff and service: The hotel staff is extremely polite and friendly. We were assisted by Khushi, who was really helpful with arranging for a late checkout and also guided us with local tips. Room: the room was clean, of a decent size for 2 people and had all the basic amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

Dine-in menu: The dine-in menu was limited and the price was on the higher side. However, when we ordered, we found the food taste to be good.

The Staff was excellent and were there to patiently listen and provide responses to any queries. They are all young and it is brilliant to see such customer orientation. Kudos to the Staff at the reception.

Improvement is required on how the baggage screening is handled. Given it is Hyderabad, India, it was a surprise that there was no help available to move your luggage to your room. I am sure this is the only hotel in hyderabad where there is no help provided to move your luggage from the reception to your room.

Breakfast buffet is good and the location is amazing for walking around the neighborhood. The staff personnel were polite all through with exceptional service provided by Nandini & Manisha at the reception as well as the house keeping staff who ensured that the rooms were clean and catered to requests on demand.

Random security checks at the hotel reception entrance on the evenings when we are returning back from a day out to rest back in the hotel. The food menu at the hotel can be quite limited for dine in room but one can walk around the neighborhood for a good set of options.

The staff where very friendly and ready to assist in all ways, at the restaurant met staff by the name of khushi, she was very friendly with all her colleagues where good super good, the reservation staff where also very kind and assisting, they changed our room without hassle and got everything fixed according

Great value in Hyderabad. Ibis standard room, but clean and new (more than usual). Staff polite and helpfull.

They used some cleaning product with a very stong smell (lucky it was the last night of my booking). I recommend check products and think about changing.

I travelled with family with 2 little children (under 6). Due to this reason 2 rooms were not possible. Staff helped us to allow in one room. Breakfast & buffet dinner were excellent. 24 hours hot water in basin was add-on as we travelled in winter.

There is no provision to order for extra mattress. Room size is small. So definitely not beyond double accupancy. Room service was overpriced.

I recently had a stay at IBIS Hyderabad and I must say, it was a great experience. The room was decent, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly want to highlight the outstanding work of the housekeeping staff, specifically Rintu, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was attentive to my needs and made sure the room was clean and tidy throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience at IBIS Hyderabad and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Hyderabad.

Coffee Machine was not working.

Staff is super courteous. I travelled together with family including small kids. They helped with all the requests with a good smile. There are lots of eateries right opposite hotel , that's another advantage.

Rooms are relatively small. Good for single or double stay. But not spacious enough for family with kids.
