Rooms are really cozy and comfortable. The banquet halls are clean and good. The sales manager Molly who coordinated my son's first birthday was amazing.. Food is very tasty. Andhra style foods are great and highly recommend.

The support staff at the front desk are one of the worst I've encountered in the whole world. They lack respect, are slow and not very accommodating. They need to be replaced for this hotel to be truly 5 star or trained well in hospitality. My rating took a hit because of some incompetent front desk folks while the event coordinators are truly exceptional.

The rooms are large and impeccably clean, lots of amenities, good wifi, excellent breakfast (with a large assortment of Indian, as well as western food, including special stations that cater to individual requests: Omelettes, Pancakes, Dosa and more). Their Happy Hour is another great way to enjoy Indian food and alcohol (on the house, at least in the deal that I got). The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Noel, in my case..

That I didn't have time to explore the swimming pool...

Spacious room and big bathroom. Lot of choices of food for breakfast (but mostly indian food). Friendly reception staff. Good gym room. 3 restaurants, so you can easily choose where to have dinner not going outside. Beuatiful lobby.

Would be great to have more cheese :) and overall more choices of european food :). On the contrary, would be good to try local indian beer - but there were only belgium ones. Too warm blanket...

Rooms are pretty nice. First visit in this hotel , beautiful hotel in Hyderabad. Warm welcome with flowers by Tharun and Girija, such a sweetheart these people. Food was so delicious in the buffet. Specially the paratha and omlet. Lovely experience throughout. Thanks to Sayantika for a smooth payment process as I was in hurry. Definitely coming back here over and again.

Convenient Location..to All many restaurants , Hospitals, Metro stations,etc Special mention to the Restaurant Mekong..in the Avasa Hotel.Pan Asia Restaurant.. Fantastic Taste and fabulous varieties..Must Try when you stayed..

Morning breakfast quality has to be improved..Almost Tasteless..

I love to stay at Avasa Rooms are too spacious and have a nice interior decoration The food was so tasty compared to westin I'm foody I enjoyed it a lot , reception staff are friendly and helpful thanks to Girija , surekha and Prem. Good changes in the restaurant I was really impressed and also we can enjoy the live music.

Facilities and rooms very clean and tidy. Prompt response by staff and very friendly.

Food food food. No cheese selection in the breakfast buffet. Only cheddar served In my 2 weeks of stay for most of the time. In room dinining is Not consistent in terms of ordered food contents.

I visited this hotel for a US OFC appointment, and the location was very convenient for us. The staff's behavior was exceptional—they were polite, helpful, and accommodating.

There wasn’t anything specific that I disliked about the hotel. However, there is always room for improvement to further enhance its standards.

Breakfast was hit and miss,plenty of staff but not very well managed. No coffee in the room, kettle but nothing else. Nothing in the room explaining where everything in the hotel was. No television working..
