The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cocktail party—it truly added a vibrant and enjoyable touch to the experience. I also want to commend the Guest Relations team, especially Sayantika, for their warm, guest-centric approach that made a genuine difference during my stay. That said, my first night did come with a few challenges: the air conditioning in my room wasn’t cooling properly, and the wash basin was overflowing. I’m grateful to Night Duty Manager Nohel for his prompt assistance and for offering a swift room change. While such issues ideally should be addressed before a guest’s arrival, I appreciate the team’s responsiveness. Overall, while there is certainly room for improvement in the pre-arrival checks, the service and hospitality shown by the team left a positive impression.

Great, very friendly staff, terrific breakfast, nice pool & gym, nice to see always staff is there to assist I was impressed, great security system Loved the mangoes in the room & the different kinds fruits with a basket it's helped to bite some things after Came to the room , I'm impressed with towel art in room, thankyou Prem to arrange,Location close to our office is key & the office transfers always worked well,dinners were also excellent over experience was great thank you so much to Gayatri ,Girija to arranged vehicle in Quick time to charminar and city info and sayanthika take care of my stay allotted a nice room will visit soon and recommend Avasa .

From the hotel ambience to the room stay to the breakfast at PI Restaurant, every tiny thing was taken care and thought about from a guest’s convenience standpoint. All the staff, especially Chef chakri (Head of the kitchen) was outstanding and his care and attitude was beyond my expectations. He prepared a dish (Poha) that was not the menu that day on our request and it was so tastefully prepared, we loved every bite of it. Not only this, staff are so kind surprised by the beautiful dessert with the Bon Voyage message for our onward travel, Thank you so much to Girija And Sayanthika for the wonderful arrangements,Overall an amazing stay experience at Avasa Hyderabad! Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay at Avasa Hyderabad

Rooms are really cozy and comfortable. The banquet halls are clean and good. The sales manager Molly who coordinated my son's first birthday was amazing.. Food is very tasty. Andhra style foods are great and highly recommend.

The support staff at the front desk are one of the worst I've encountered in the whole world. They lack respect, are slow and not very accommodating. They need to be replaced for this hotel to be truly 5 star or trained well in hospitality. My rating took a hit because of some incompetent front desk folks while the event coordinators are truly exceptional.

The rooms are large and impeccably clean, lots of amenities, good wifi, excellent breakfast (with a large assortment of Indian, as well as western food, including special stations that cater to individual requests: Omelettes, Pancakes, Dosa and more). Their Happy Hour is another great way to enjoy Indian food and alcohol (on the house, at least in the deal that I got). The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Noel, in my case..

That I didn't have time to explore the swimming pool...

I have stayed here before and came back based on my previous experience. Great location. The room and facilities were great. The breakfast spread was superb. We loved the food in in-house restaurant. The biggest positive were the hotel staff who were very helpful and courteous - they accommodated our requests whenever possible (early check-out, late check-in).

The extra bed that we requested was uncomfortable.

Spacious room and big bathroom. Lot of choices of food for breakfast (but mostly indian food). Friendly reception staff. Good gym room. 3 restaurants, so you can easily choose where to have dinner not going outside. Beuatiful lobby.

Would be great to have more cheese :) and overall more choices of european food :). On the contrary, would be good to try local indian beer - but there were only belgium ones. Too warm blanket...

Rooms are pretty nice. First visit in this hotel , beautiful hotel in Hyderabad. Warm welcome with flowers by Tharun and Girija, such a sweetheart these people. Food was so delicious in the buffet. Specially the paratha and omlet. Lovely experience throughout. Thanks to Sayantika for a smooth payment process as I was in hurry. Definitely coming back here over and again.

Nothing as such

Avasa was a fantastic hotel situated in the mid of the city.. I loved the hotel and staff especially Mr. Tharun, Noel, Surendra,diksha helped a lot from right into check-in and till the departure. Food was delicious especially the biryani and Mekong famous coconut ice cream served by pavan from the restaurant.
