I had a wonderful experience at Blooms Hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. Every member of the staff, including the security team, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I genuinely love this property and will definitely choose Blooms again in the future. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was perfect! From the cleanliness to the service, every detail was spot on. The entire experience was awesome and truly exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

Helpful reception staff. Lady personally rushed to the pharmacy to help with my daughter's fever, in early hours of the day. The gentleman who helped with reservations was also very considerate. Room service was impeccable. Whatever asked for, was given without questioning why. Room was very spacious. Budget hotel. Highly recommend.

Didn’t have breakfast, but ordered some rice, cauliflower and chicken dishes for dinner, it was lovely but felt it was priced bit high.

The bathroom floor in front of the washbasin was damp and sticky. Don’t forget to get some slippers. There was no extra spare toilet tissue. In the rubbish bins there was no liner ( maybe it was because of local legislations regards to use of plastic but some alternatives should have been done or maybe it’s ok to discard directly in the bin there.

All the staff members are friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Nirupama at the reception was incredibly wonderful and helped out of way. To explain the earliest check in was at 11 but i reached at 9 and had to leave for work and get ready before that. She gave me a temporary room where i could get fresh offered breakfast, though it was charged, but the kind of courtesy which was provided was commendable. She is very soft spoken and an asset to the company. Thank you very much Nirupama. Really appreciate all your help.

Stringent check in and check out time. I usually reach at 9 and checkout before 10 so exception at times should be made.

The room is surprisingly good, cozy.. everything is neat..the only thing they could do better is that rather than giving the tv near the bed they could put it it in the living room which is a much better place..

The view..ofcourse i wont be expecting it because it's city mate..you will never find a better view.. but just a bit cleaner view would have done..

I liked the aesthetic of the place and the room and how the staffs are very accommodating and helpful.

The toilet has issue with the drainage of water on the floor
