The rooms are clean and as in picture. Parking facility is available for cars and close to the main road with lots of food options nearby as well as inhouse restraunt.

The stay doesn't allow outside food from swiggy zomato and if you get food from outside on your own you have to pay exorbitant price for plates in the hotel which I found unreasonable. (35 rupees per disposable plate). Otherwise no other complaints. Being a traveller I would like to have the option open of eating from where I wish to and such restraints are meaning less is what I feel.

The property is well-maintained & clean. The staff is courteous.

It is more of a service apartment than a hotel. While there is a TV & Wi-Fi is good, there are no satellite channels. Therefore, unless you have subscribed to any OTT channels, the TV is basically useless & you can't expect to have any entertainment to watch. Breakfast is brought from a nearby hotel & served in the room. So, you have only a couple of choices from what's already packaged. & it is served after 8.30 AM, so if it's any sooner, you are on your own.

The room was well equipped and spacious, two water bottles provided. Toiletries in the bathroom were provided. Also the room had a hot water kettle and complimentary tea bags. This was a work trip, the room also had a small desk which enabled me to get some work done. Swiggy delivery comes all the way up to your room.

The bathroom had a slight odour, nothing which can't be solved with an air freshener. The walls are thin so, the voices from neighbouring rooms can be disturbing.

Hotel is a franchise of FabHotel. A normal residential apartment has been converted into hotel. But its a good idea. Quality and amenities of the room has been modelled on FabHotel level. Spacious room. Accessible location. Cleanliness. Ground floor is dedicated to vehicle parking for guests.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Hotel is arranging breakfast from other vendor. Too spicy. It would be good if hotel starts an in-house kitchen for guests.

The location of the hotel was good. Allowed me to travel without hassle. The room and the washroom was also clean and non smelly which was important for me.

Everything about the hotel was good. Just to add hotel can think of having a small pantry with microwave oven so that customers will get the provision of warming their food if they order from outside.

Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Will prefer this hotel if I am in hyderabad.
