Breakfast was good but daily it was repeated more or less. They should keep more of variety. Room service was almost instant. Front office was also really helpful.

They should definitely be porter service at front office. Many guests who come from abroad with all the luggage has to check in with all baggage him/herself which is very hectic and lack of firsthand impression. More staff should be allocated for peak times. Still porter service should be a part of it. Apart of this issue everything was quite good

The room was clean, functional and meant for business. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. The food overall was not very good and there were limited options. The food I ordered in the room was heated up food and not very tasty.

For one person stay the room was very good, but the price can be reduce for single occupancy room, this price is similar to a double bed room. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite and helpful. Location is the key point near to most of the companies.

I have stayed here before and I will stay here probably again. Cleanliness is great. Food is certainly decent. Bfast has good spread. House keeping and safety is excellent.

Staff using excessive mobile phone while at work. This includes even the F&B guy and the front desk boy. They must change this habit and it will be a great place.

Its in a prime location. Cleanliness of the room. The staffs were very friendly and courteous.

The location was great but unfortunately there is a construction work going on right infront of the property which made my stay little less comfortable because of the noise. The room was very clean and cozy. The bedsheets, pillows were all properly cleaned. However, there is still a little upgrade required for the towels. As the face/hand towels were too rough and hard. The breakfast menu wasn’t great and had very limited options. I would also like to point out the number of single use plastic bottles being used. I guess the hotel should start providing some more sustainable alternatives to plastic bottles. I stayed for 4 nights and probably had to use 16-20 plastic bottles which was nice. I had my own reusable bottle but didn’t have an option to refill it.

Good spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. Room staff was pretty quick with my requests. Room amenities were very good.

The location of hotel is within Mindspace complex. It's a bit isolated from nearest Metro Station. The room did not have a wardrobe. It made storing luggage bit tricky.

I been to this place before. Nice place to crash for a couple of nights. Rooms are bit smaller so if you are someone who is staying in the room you may feel bit claustrophobic.Have improved much on the cleanliness and hospitality. Now providing necessary toiletries.

Room sizes are very compact and inconvenient that I fell down once. Not at all satisfied with room size for the cost that is paid.

The property is located in a commercial area so you are far away from the traffic and rush. Its pretty calm
