Had a nice small restaurant with good breakfast and coffee but it was pricey and does not open on time. There was constant cleaning by the staff in the dorm rooms and throughout the area, rubbish bins and toilets were cleaned regularly. The toilets were nice and clean.

No outside food was allowed in the sitting restaurant area food was only allowed in the roof top area. However this was 4 floors up and the area did not have proper dining area, more of a lounge area. There were no common toilets only 1 toilet/bathroom in the 8 bed dorm so there was some waiting when someone was having a shower.

I stayed in zostel Hyderabad for 3 weeks and I completely enjoyed my stay there. The managers Basil, Vineet and Tony were very helpful and friendly and made me feel at home. The dorms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday. I loved the recreation space on the terrace of the building, every evening I would meet a new set of travellers and I’ve made a lot of friends. The vibe is very relaxed and you will instantly feel at home. Hitech City being very close by makes commuting to work very easy.

The staff were brilliant. The community manager took me out to play some pool, and invited me for a roof top jamming session, where we were playing guitar, singing and enjoying.

There was no food available, but ordering out and eating at the rooftop was very convenient, so no biggie.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zostel, a delightful traveler’s hostel. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth, and the rooms were immaculately maintained. The bathrooms, which are meticulously cleaned twice daily, exemplify the hostel’s commitment to hygiene. I am profoundly grateful to the Zostel staff, whose kindness and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable.

The Wifi Speed should be fast.

Before going to Hyderabad,I went through a search for many accommodations, but I didn't find anything!! After that as per my brother (Mr.Praneeth) advice I have selected zostel 😀😀.now I can strongly recommend to everyone as we can select zostel even closing our eyes 😄😄 ....that much of confidence they gave me ... everything like room, cleaning,staff response, washroom and all were very very good.. I felt so happy and secure to stay in zostel 😀😀

I would suggest to please reduce the price and give us monthly/yearly packages 🙂 and plan for South Indian food also as I can feel a bit costly with present options 🙂

The location,the staff and the comfort you feel once you reach the property. You feel like a home. It was my first visit to Hyderabad and I didn't regret staying at this property. I bet you won't as well. You will not feel as if you are away from home. I shall not forget to mention Srikanth and Sandeep who own & manage this property are amazing, if you need anything, these two will be there to help and manage things as per your comfort. The terrace common area - well you will have a great time there as you will get to meet a lot of beautiful people and have conversations, play games, watch movies, Netflix and have a purrr-fect company of Rocky (the dog at the property ) by your side. I would be staying at this place again if come back to Hyderabad and you should also ;). Cheers to the team Zostel Hyderabad 🎉

This is my first ever experience in a "Zostel". Heard a lot about them and Zostel Hyderabad stands on the expectations completely. Special thanks to Mr. Srikant and Mr. Sandeep for going that extra step every minute to make their guests feel like home. I loved my stay for the entire week. Female dormitory was very spacious and housekeeping is keeping a great hardwork to keep the rooms and washrooms clean everyday. Bedsheets and pillow covers could be changed on request. Hope to visit the place again sometime ❤️ Much love and kudos to them.

Cleanliness can be improved a little otherwise perfect.

It’s very clean and hygiene rooms, amenities are good, comfortable beds, specious bathroom and good staff’s. Especially the location is good and easy accessible.

No specific major dislikes found, but if include a complementary breakfast in the price is good.

Sucha a friendly, warm, and welcoming place. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Met lots of wonderful people. The owners and caretakers of the property are extremely approachable and always available to help you out with anything you need. The cafe on the ground floor has some lovely offerings. Really enjoyed their pizza in particular. This is probably one of the best places to stay in Hyderabad if you are looking for a true hostel experience. It is hard to find a place where the staff, the fellow guests, the location, the vibe, and the service are all top notch. Zostel Hyderabad really checks all the boxes. Will definitely stay here again.

After spending a vacation of over a month travelling Himachal and Uttrakhand, I visited hyd for business. Trust me when I say this - There was NO difference. I felt like I was still on vacation. Hostel is newly constructed in late dec 2022 i believe, its clean and well maintained. Hosts are chill and friendly, usually on weekends they organize DJ nights depending on the crowds mood or else there are lods of options to keep yourself busy - books, play station, board games, guitar and so on.. throughout my stay I didn't found 'dead scenes' even on week days. I enjoyed my stay and will strongly recommend.
