😄Excellent ambience, delicious food and courteous staff. Many plus points to recommend this property. Mr Karthik is very kind and efficient and helped us a lot when we faced some difficulties. All reception, restaurant and supporting staff are quite helpful and friendly. 😞Lack of few amenities in some rooms like plug points and poor WI-FI access. Need to activate the door key daily .

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was well-stocked with amazing bath and body products, which was a lovely touch. Room service was prompt and hassle-free. Their biriyani is a must-try. The rooftop bar was great with a cosy ambience. We couldn't manage to get early check-in but the hotel helped us extend our stay without any trouble. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing significant. Maybe the staff in the restaurant could be a little bit more organized. At times I felt unattended and all by myself. But given how great everything else is, I could easily ignore it

I did not have breakfast there. The location just suits me as I work in the same areas. Also, it is reachable by several modes and the Metro is very close at walking distance. It is a nice place to stay and the overall experience is good. The room service is quick.

The checking-in and check-out could be better. They are taking a lot of time. The rooms can be much cleaner. Since they are old, they need more maintenance.

We stayed for two weeks. Had a wonderful stay.Staff was very courteous and helpful in every way. Hotel room was very clean and all facilities availed were up to our expectations. Highly recommend Daspalla Hotel.

Central location in Madhapur. Easily accessible to the Business and IT areas.

The Breakfast service was pathetic. No one to enquire if I wanted a Dosa or a Coffee. Despite being an almost empty restaurant, I literally had to shout and wave my hands to get the attention of the waiters. They were busy attending to (surrounding) two white girls. And after asking what I wanted, it took them more than 20 minutes to get a simple order. Didn't expect this kind of service in a Four Star Rated Hotel! The Breakfast variety could have been better.

Breakfast is good, room is spacious enough for one person, room service is good, staff is helpful. Well suited for locals, cuisine is local.

Stayed in 2 rooms and in both rooms, bathroom water temperate was inconsistent Safety locker broke down, had to follow up multiple times, spent almost 2 hours to get it fixed
