What a discovery; the place was fabulous! You think you are in a dream and than you wake up but you are still in that dream! Property was exactly what I was looking for, historic, charming and elegant at the same time! Hosts were excellent and so was the breakfast! That's exactly how you live an experience! The sentiment was great! room was perfect, yard and the garden were exceptional to spend time in - if you had that extra time for it! This place will stay with me for a while. I already told friends about it! Thank you Sophie and Laurent for a great time and a great experience!

This is not a compliant, just a suggestion. As we had the upstair room facing the property entry, the bathroom window is facing that way and we found it difficult to use the light at night with not having a window treatment.

Genuinly friendly and helpful hosts, providing lots of information regarding things to do around, and devoted to making your stay in their B&B as enjoyable as possible. Very cosy and spatious garden full of places to sit and including a very nice swimming pool (I particularly appreciated the fact that while it was quite rainy during our stay at their B&B, as soon as there was a small window of opportunity they'd open up their swimming pool again for their guests to make use of it). The room was very spatious with quality furniture, great bed and bathroom & shower. The breakfast was very good, plenty and varied from day to day, with each time a different kind of baking prepared by the hosts and a different fruit serving & fruit juice, and with nothing but local products. Overall a great B&B and we'd definitely come back here when we're in the neighborhood.

Fantastic all around! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, full of suggestions about what to see in the area, where to eat etc... the grounds are so beautiful, and very peaceful! A great way to experience what living in the French countryside of Provence is like. Everything about the stay was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, the heated pool was so nice, the room and the view on to Gordes were beautiful, the beds were comfortable.

We spent 4 nights in mid of September at this beautiful setting B&B property. You would find serenity in their big garden accompany with resting furniture. The pool is in good size and warmed up but we didn't use it. Our room has a little terrace can catch the sun and relax after a long day visiting around the area. The room is super clean and spacious. The beautiful bathroom was recently updated. Great breakfast every morning to kick off the day. Sophie was very patience and kind to show us where to visit and recommend good restaurants. We were very pleased to stay at Sophie and Laurent's place. You can tell they put a lot of efforts with their heart, so warm and so welcoming. We highly recommend this place and will come back to stay here when we visit the area again in the future. Thank you!

The Bnb was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Sophie and Laurent were lovely hosts, they were so helpful in suggesting places to see and places to eat. The breakfasts were exceptional, all homemade and fresh from the garden. We loved our stay, the room was beautiful, large and clean, with an awesome view over looking Gordes.

Wonderful setting just outside the beautiful but touristy Gordes. Beautiful home-made breakfast in the garden, lovely pool, pretty room with a terrace. Newly decorated bathroom. Bliss.

Nothing really. They could put a light billowy curtain up at the doors as people can see in to us in bed if we opened the shutters! It's a small thing though.

Mas Val-Chenaie has everything one could look for during a holiday in Provence. Surrounded by the sounds and colors of nature, the rooms are decorated in Provençal style and cared for down to the smallest detail. The breakfast is genuine and lovingly prepared. The owners, Sophie and Laurant, are welcoming, cheerful, and attentive to the guests' needs.

We loved the breakfast. Each day, we were surprised with something different and homemade. It was beyond our expectations. We were truly pampered. Sophie and Laurent are the perfect hosts.

Perfect location to explore the area. Very quiet place at the same time. Big garden with furniture where you can spend an evening. The room was big enough, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. All you need is there! The breakfast was superb: fresh hone made products. Very delicious. We lived there for three nights and it was a very enjoyable stay. The owners are very helpful and attentive to your needs. The hotel is well organized with a lot of care and attention to details. We will return!

Nice to place to stay, super close to Gordes. We only stayed one night so we didn't have enough time to enjoy the space, but the room was very spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed. Sophie and Laurent were great hosts, super accommodating and helpful when recommending local places for dinner.
