traveled with a buddy. both of us on motorcycles, hotel location was excellant for us travelling by. we visited the air museum across the street. then the local legion and Ledgens. everything with in walking distance and i just had gotten new Knees (both TKR) and i walked there no problems.. staff we talked to were professional .

The hotel is right on the highway in a great/easy location. Near a gas station,Tims and a couple of restaurants.

We were in the basement rooms and the air conditioning was very noisy. Also I love that the hotel is pet friendly however there was 1 dog near us that was doing a lot of barking and nothing seemed to happen to stop it.

Only good people should go here, because Kathy, Cameryn, and everyone else are so good, you should be at least as nice as they are. The staff are so fun, and Captain J was welcomed and loved. I cried when I ate my last piece of pan-fried cod.

Nothing could have been better, unless God gave me the time to stay longer.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. The restaurant was excellent! Delicious food served by a very courteous staff. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in answering some questions we had about Gander.

The hallway leading to our room smelled of cigarette smoke and a heavy scent of pine sol. I was glad that our room did not.

Didn’t eat breakfast

Too much space around the door to the room. Didn’t d speak up while talking because could hear us out in hallway. People lighting up cigs outside the back door. Cig can on step with butts in it. Spoke to manager and she was very concerned and would look into the cig smoking and the can.

Yes, it's really on the Trans Canada Highway. Don't drive aimlessly round Gander as I did. Handy location close to everywhere including a gas station, Tim Horton's etc. Large comfortable room and friendly staff who kindly let me use the excellent wifi for a video conference after I'd checked out. There's a bar and restaurant onsite too. Fascinating fact. King Charles III and his father Prince Philip stayed here many, many years ago! The Prince was a keen pilot and had flown into Gander. The hotel should do some research and tell guests!

A bedside light didn't work and I had some issues with the aircon - reported.

After a long days drive, it was nice to have a rest. The restaurant, service staff and food was excellent. We had hoped to attend memorial services for sept 11, and found one in the evening . It was excellent. Hotel was standard and basic and sees a variety of guest. Aviation museum practically across the road is a must see if u get a chance

Our tv didn't work but we didn't bother reporting it. Towels were in short demand but they did have a full house . Found it hard to find any info about 9/11thru usual venues, ie internet. Needed to do face book as we found out!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the day time front desk manager Kathy. She gave us excellent advice on places to visit and eat as we we’re traveling to other towns

Breakfast was good, especially at the senior rate! The front desk staff was especially helpful and informative. Your location was ideal for our needs.

Everything was fine.

The rooms were spacious yet warm and cozy. Thank you for the room upgrade! The hotel is close to everything and everywhere we needed to be.
