I stayed there quite often for work..but haven’t needed to for quite a while. It was good to stay there on Nov. 22..felt I was back to familiar..the service..room..and Excellent breakfast, was all great. Smaller than the bigger hotels obviously, but much better than the larger chains in every respect. I strongly advise , that if you are heading to the Gander area in the future, stay at this location..but book as early as possible..it fills up fast!
NOTHING!

Really liked our stay here. Motel rooms are small but have everything you need. Very clean and the staff were amazing. We stayed for two nights and will definitely stay here again. If your looking for a nice clean and quiet place to stay, don't miss out on this gem!!!
The room had a fan, but I wish it had air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Amazing value for money---perhaps the best deal in Gander. The staff were very nice, accommodating our very late arrival. Room was fine, bed comfortable. It was very nice to have a (continental) breakfast included.
It's at the edge of town so not much around. Level of quiet does depend on your neighbours, although that's true of most motels.

Desk clerk was very friendly, courteous & efficient. Room & bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very adequate, everything was fresh, plentiful & very satisfying. Much appreciated & thank you!
Facade wasn’t appealing, could really do with a facelift, including new windows. Driveway was in disrepair, potholes. Garbage container at front entrance looked unsanitary. Front entrance and common room certainly didn’t give a desirable impression, the upholstery on the vintage chairs looked dirty & disgusting. Rooms, though clean, really need a makeover, floors need to be cleanable, colors dark & depressing, dresser & headboard very dark & showing much wear & tear. All in all, exterior & interior needs a refreshing cosmetic overhaul.

The breakfast was okay, toast, cereal (hot and cold,) muffins and fruit that was too old. There were walking areas nearby, trail access as well. Friendly hosts.
Perhaps putting a sweep or seal under the room door might help keep some of the smoke from smokers out of the room as the exit door to the smoking area when propped open allows the smoke to blow in.

An excellent quiet, rural location near the lovely Rotary park, yet only a few minutes from the center of town. While the rooms are not large or luxurious, they contain everything needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast included yoghurt, fresh fruit, white and brown bread and jams, three choices of cereals, tea, coffee, milk, two choices of juice, homemade muffins and pastries. Our party of six enjoyed being able to get together in the lounge and the breakfast room.
I have no complaints.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, had a fridge, microwave and a nice bath/shower. The continental breakfast was nice. It was simple but served our needs for an overnight stay.
It was hot outside and only one small fan in the room, but we brought along one as well, as we were aware there was no AC.

The beds were ok, but not what I would call 'comfy'. There were the usual amenities. The continental breakfast was good.
It was quite noisy with people shutting their doors and talking in the hallway. The coffee provided in the room was very weak.

Breakfast was quite sufficient, in my opinion. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, toast and fresh fruit.
The only thing I would have liked would have been a rubber mat for the bath tub (for safety reasons), Everything else was great.
