Jacuzzi was not working since many days. Staff mentioned. Complaining is done by so many customers but mecanic to repair it is not coming. Please ensure you buy two more extra Jacuzzi in case 1 or 2 are not working properly. Since there is space available around your beautiful pool.

Jacuzzi not working. Should provide 3 Jacuzzi incase machine is giving technical problem s since there is lot of space around the pool.

Stay here every year for business, it’s excellent. Well equipped, staff professional and friendly, very flexible and cater to all my needs. Swimming pool is excellent and I go running around the grounds in the mornings, plenty of space and nature. Also a great location, and great food. Thank you for another great stay, Anish

Desired facilities available in the resort met my satisfaction. Enjoyed with all the opportunities received within my short stay.

Nothing as such which I don't like except the break down of power supply experienced thrice but for short interval (say hardly for few minutes only).

We’ve been visiting since 2021 & the property doesn’t intend to rip off the travellers. Further, the expanse of the area & maintenance of facilities is worth mentioning. The restaurants are inviting & there are no complains whatsoever with the food.

Saw the gardens infested with snakes & monkeys this time. Deeply concerning since these are the areas where children play. Risky even for adults. The property needs to either get rid of these animals or station adequate staff in the garden for monitoring.

The service was impeccable extremely understanding and helpful for after stay of checkout time it is extremely serine and peaceful stay for relaxing Facility is very well thought out for all ages concern food was excellent from breakfast to room service as of 24 hour from choices of continental to Indian/ Asian cuisine Our son travelled first time and he took a bad turn in health I was really grateful in the way they accommodated in every need as I had to do lot of running around We as family travelled all over the world for holiday and Dubai 5/7 star is on our top 5 list of hotels and Madhubhan Resort and Spa definitely comes in out top 5 hotels in the world Totally recommend this if you are looking for quality service and food.

The resort property is really big and beautiful. It is very tranquil. We loved the food at the resort the breakfast buffet and the Italian bistro we tried were amazing. My wife enjoyed the spa and highly recommends it. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The welcome we received and the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The food in restaurants was the best we have had in India. Everything was perfect.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the venue. Loved the complimentary box in our cottages was a pleasant surprise. Thinking of booking my daughter's wedding at the resort 👍

More could have been done to minimise the mosquitoes around the seating areas

Location and ambiance was fine. The staff was helpful. The food including the breakfast was good.

I had booked for 3 adults but the facility was good enough for only 2. The size of the bed and toiletries provided was for only 2 so did not justify charging for 3.The cups , the water bottle, towels and the complimentary snacks were all for 2.

Mind blowing customer service. The staff is the sole reason to go here. Awesome food, huge variety and selection. Love music, SPA, game room for kids. Giant swimming pools.

Wish they had a small indoor pool or a small heated kids pool for winters
