I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were tastefully furnished and meticulously maintained, with a well-equipped bathroom. I specifically booked a room with a kitchenette, which was ideal for my needs. If you're looking for authentic Gujarati cuisine, I highly recommend the nearby Sasuma restaurant, which serves the traditional Gujarati thali.

To take it to the next level, I think it would be beneficial for them to enhance their breakfast options.

The staff was quite helpful and friendly and room service was given immediately. Check-in was flawless, and as well as check out, the food was quite good we opted for the breakfast that came along with the reservation and they had quite a good and varied vegetarian & non vegetarian selection of foods. I would definitely recommend Eastin to friends and family especially because there’s a microwave, fridge as well as a stove for use if necessary although we did not use the stove but we definitely used the microwave and the fridge. Given our experience at Eastin, I would consider looking at some of their other facilities in the different countries, which I did not know was available. Eastin is quite accessible to the city center and Bank of Baroda as well as some medical facilities nearby, which makes it convenient should one need its service.

I would have preferred a room with a better view. We were facing a residential building and could not keep the curtains open. So in the future I would definitely ask for a room that can accommodate us to leave the curtains open to allow daylight in the room.

Great hotel in Alkapuri and walking distance to all the shopping areas. The lunch and dinner at the restaurant was really delicious. However, they need to increase the breakfast menu items.

The problem was the Wi-Fi availability. Their system allows you 7 days using an internet code, however, that keeps on cutting off. We had to go several times to the receptionist to get connection.

We loved our stay in your property completely. Dimple n the staff at the reception were always respectful n ready to assist. Food was always prepared fresh n as per our taste. The services were prompt n quality. In fact we invited our friends for dinner one day n they too appreciated the ambience ,food n the service. Thanks very much. Would love to come n stay once again.

Location and all the staff members from the front desk to the restaurant staff right up to the cleaners - they went above and beyond to help in any way they could. The room was very well decorated to give that contemporary vibe, and was very well kept.

The windows didn’t open, so we’re unable to get any air inside the room.

The hotel is very centrally located. The ambience and comfort level were excellent. The room was really big. The breakfast was awesome .... very good and tasty spread. The room has fridge, microwave, induction stove along with few utensils. One can cook in the room.

They should have a 24hrs room service .... after 3pm and 10pm what is available are snacks. They have a shortage of bell boys and housekeeping staff. The wifi was very very low ... I could hardly access it from my room. The cost of food items available in the restaurant were exorbitantly high.

Food, restaurant good. Location is near the railway station. Room was perfect with all facilities. Staff was good to co-operate you.

Only thing I will suggest is when anyone is booking at your place for leisure, please have a confirmation call or message with customers to ask if they need to avail any extra service like taxi and information regarding this so that customers can plan the stay better.. Or they can suggest a daily package for nearby places with taxi.

The absence of a readily accessible supply of common over-the-counter medications was particularly troubling.I understand that hotels are not healthcare facilities, but a basic provision over the counter medicines can make a significant difference in ensuring guest well-being. In case of a sudden headache, fever, or minor injury, having access to these essentials can offer a sense of reassurance and convenience.

My stay at Eastin Residences hotel was great. All the staff (catering, housekeeping) were attentive to my small expectations and even beyond that. They were also considerate towards me. Which leads me to say that I'll be back next year without any hesitation.
