The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we felt it was the best service we had experienced anywhere in the world. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always offering suggestions and options to make our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and dinner with a huge range of choice. We absolutely loved staying at the Courtyard Marriott and would stay here again and will definitely recommend it to others. Thank you so much for such a superb experience!

It was all good, cannot fault it.

Exceptional service and clean facilities including gym, food court and restaurant. Proximity to all the areas for shopping and entertainment. Staff is exceptional and services is top notch. All credit goes to support staff who makes sure every small things is meticulously maintained and facilities are available for the visitors. Kudos to everyone.

None that would raise alarm. Intermittent power cut was normal and unavoidable. No fault of the staff or facility. It’s normal in this part of town. Back up generators circumvents the short fall of power cuts.

comfortable and clean rooms. restaurant with a choice of food that is not soooo hot/spicy. Friendly staff. quiet neighbourhood but still shops, hairdressers, coffee shops etc within walking distance.

Since I love soups at breakfast - the vegtable soup at breakfast is very plain - missed some soy souce to pimp it. But there are plenty of other spices available. Or how about e.g. a tasty Miso soup as a choice for the east Asian customers?

Your whole team from reception (Harjot Singh and his team) all the way to the restaurant team (Rohit Vishwakarma and Ratnesh with all their support team) were amazing. No task was too much of an ask for them. Always smiling and happy to help. The porters and security team were also always very helpful.

The heat and the rains - beyond your control, obviously!

The stay at the hotel was both comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Ms. Kaamini, who ensure all the needs were met. The room was well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.

The Breakfast was good, the team was really great in all positions such as reception, restaurant and the housekeeping as well. During my Breakfast i have enjoyed Mr. Rahul Breakfast with the service of Ms. Bhani, she has offered me a great herbal tea which helped me to recover, that was her recommendation and i really enjoyed it a lot.

I was expecting to find a handing rope in the washroom or any tools to help wet cloths to dry, when i went for swimming and returned to my room, i didnt find any tool that i can use to dry my swimsuit. it would be great if you could provide any drying tool in the room.

Rooms were good size with all necessary amenities, Gaurau Chauhan did daily cleaning of my room diligently Good breakfast spread with very tentative staff. Chef Sunil customised my meal requirement as I wanted. Reception staff also very helpful Location very good for my needs. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends Thanks to all the staff

nice new hotel and even more the rooms are brilliant, good size and excellent decor with power shades for privacy. Best part was how late there is still some food available to order in the bar/reception area with plenty of cool sitting area, quiet comfortable and staff available to order from the bar menu and the pastries are yummy. going back in November and looking for to stay longer this time.

The restaurant needs more meat options from around the world. Currently, the only red meat available is lamb chops, while all other meat options are limited to chicken and fish.
