The family room is really spacious, the staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. The water in the pool was warm!

Because of the holiday, the restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner, and no one told us before arriving that it would not be open. Also, the bar didn't work until 5 pm, so it wasn't possible to order a pizza until then!

Good location if you have a car, or are OK with the hotel shuttle to the train station. Several good restaurants in the surrounding area but will need a car to access. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping were excellent with daily service and towel refresh. Indoor pool was excellent and used every day with kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although I was traveling with my husband and golden retriever for work the kit for pets (dogs) was a very nice touch and the dog bed already in the room was especially kind. We had free time so we also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sauna in the wellness area. The restaurant was closed for a private event so we were told to goto a nearby restaurant about 2k away high which was very good. A shuttle was available for the restaurant and to the Milano Fair grounds free of charge . (Another plus) (a tip for the driver is a nice gesture in my opinion) All in all we had a very nice stay even if it only for one night.

Our choice for this hotel was highly based on the fact that there was parking. The second day, there was a construction at the parking lot, and we were not offered an alternative parking place.

The hotel itself looks nice and new. Lobby is nice and the gym as well. Rooms are big and bathroom is clean. Sometimes there is a shuttle from the hotel to Metro station, which helps to get to the city.

Breakfast is not recommended, eggs and vegs are not fresh.

The receptionist cilia was exceptional. Organised a free shuttle at midnight from a nearby wedding to the hotel, and allowed us to stay an extra hour to recover from the celebrations. Would always come back.
