Wow, what a gem! This place is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the main commercial area of Baie-St-Paul. There’s a SPA area for relaxation after a long day of travel that is included in your stay and does not require a reservation. Breakfast was such a treat and included protein, fruit, and cheese. There was a personal TUB in our bedroom, which I have never experienced before. However, the most memorable part of our stay were the owners of this hotel and the staff. They treated us with such warmth, as if we were friends. This was our first time traveling with our baby, and we were nervous. But they were so great with our baby - providing a crib, playing with the baby, and making us feel welcome. Highly recommend this wonderful place as your home base for Baie-St-Paul or the Charlevoix region!

the hotel staff (whom i suspect were the owners) were amazing, friendly and helpful. the location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops and gallery's. although I didn't use any of spa amenities, everything seemed very nice and next time i will pack accordingly. the included breakfast was delicious and the AC is quiet.

The room was charming. We enjoyed the spa and the proximity of downtown Baie-St-Paul. The owners were great and very helpful.

The room was a little small, but that was not a problem for us. Being an old house, the walls are not insulated to a point you can't hear the neighbor snoring at night. But that's part of the charm!

This was an absolute gem - a delightful old-timey hotel with great rooms and the bonus of an amazing spa with two heated jacuzzis and sauna. Lovely terrace with trees. Idyllic and lovely, a real surprise. Lovely staff who care for the place and know what good hospitality looks like. The town is ridiculously charming.

The breakfast must have been left under a hot lamp for a long, long time.

This property is owned by a husband and wife. It is clear that they take incredible pride. The breakfast provided was five star quality. I couldn’t have gone to a restaurant and gotten a better breakfast. The hotel is cozy with a perfect balance of historic and modern. The property itself made me want to stay in the town just for the property itself.

My priority in a hotel is how comfortable the bed is for me. The bed in room 8 was great, big and flat. The breakfasts catered to my gluent, dairy free needs and were delicious. Staff, Mimi amd others was welcoming, helpful and very professional. A great stay.

Great location near the shops and restaurants, enjoyed the spa including snacks and a drink afterward. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking. I had heard it could be noisy, but even though I was there on the weekend during a weekend of superb weather, didn't hear any noise.

Room was a bit small but for 1 person it was fine.

Really nice place to stay. Interesting decor, great breakfast and breakfast room. Convenient for strolling main street, restaurants and boutiques, free parking. Also spa though we didn't use it on a one-night stay.

No TV in room though that didn't bother us.

The rooms are the weak point. They're on the small side, the shower is uncomfortable and tiny. The beds are excellent, the spa is really nice, the staff is very friendly and it's very well located. I've been there twice and I enjoy staying there. Hopefully they will modernize their rooms at some point.

Hotel comfort and friendly professional service.Exceptional spot to travel the area and enjoy the Fall colours and world class environment of this unique part of Quebec. The Charlevoix artists were everywhere and excellent restaurants and outdoor patios were greatly enjoyed.
