We didn’t eat breakfast on site.

We took the bus from Quebec City and were dropped off at the shopping plaza. We called for a taxi three times before we were picked up. I know this isn’t your fault but is it possible to communicate with the taxi company where the bus drop off is located. After the third call we asked them to pick us up at the car dealership adjacent to the plaza.

The location is central to everything. The small apartment was very well laid-out and comfortable with a large shower, kitchen, two TVs and a great bed. I'd recommend this location.

Parking is a problem. We couldn't find a place to park even though there was supposed to be a place designated for us. I would suggest parking spots numbered for the units and rooms.

Overall excellent experience. Staff was great, very friendly and the customer service was on point! The rooms were big and very soundproof. Barely noticed that there was other people in the building. Great location. Would definitely go back!

Minor details for us that were corrected by the staff : stain on the sheets and dirty coffee cup.

We had a large room with free parking and within steps of several great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. the personalized hand-written welcome card in the room was a nice touch.

Only one thing we found annoying when we arrived… the scented room freshener they spray on the curtains was too much and we had to open the windows to air out the room. some people are sensitive with perfumes and you really should stop this practice.

The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. The location is great, very close to shops, art galleries and restaurants.

Unfortunately we had the room next to the restaurant and patio and the music was very loud. It did end at 9pm though.

Did not have breakfast. Maison Otis is perfectly located in the heart of Baie Saint Paul. It is easy to walk to shops, galleries, and bistros from there. Free parking was convenient at the rear of Maison Otis with two chargers for electric vehicles.

The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being right on the main street, but it was still very quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. Both the room and bathroom were larger than we were expecting.

No carpets! Yay! Very clean and romantic. I do wish the bar had been open so we could have sat by he fireplace enjoying a drink and some appetizers.

There wasn’t much variety on the breakfast buffet. The scrambled eggs were rubbery. Maybe in the summertime it’s better.

The staff & food were excellent

The bed was ridiculously raised. Also our room was long convoluted "hike" from reception. ALSO, all the peak season outdoor furniture was a complete hodge-podge. Also, there was a lot of deferred maintenance

Great property super central! Staff was extremely accommodating for a family situation.
