The location was absolutely ideal—just a few steps from the final stop of the airport shuttle bus, which made arrival super easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed, including good bathroom amenities. The staff were very kind and helpful, and their English was good enough to communicate everything important without any problems. The breakfast was amazing—so many different options that I ended up eating way too much! The hotel restaurant also serves great local dishes for lunch and dinner. I especially loved a local drink called “Açik ayran”—so refreshing and delicious. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming—it really felt like home. There were shops and supermarkets just around the corner, which made it easy to grab drinks or snacks. For sightseeing, the location was super convenient too: there’s a stop for the local trolleybus line 63 nearby, so it was easy to get around the city.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the hotel felt a little dimly lit overall—but honestly, that’s a very minor issue compared to everything else.

A well maintained hotel. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was of a high standard and served on top floor with panoramic views of the city. Complimentary spa facilities were excellent, with good size indoor pool, sauna with city view, steam room and a well equipped gym. For us, the hotel is in a great location. It was easy to navigate to and has lots of secure parking. It is also only a 30 minute walk to the main attractions, which meant we could leave the car. A great base to explore Urfa and surrounding area.

No dislikes. All good.

We booked the room on the night of the stay and it was an amazing bargain for the quality provided. Lots of space, big bed and high quality bathroom made it a great choice. The best of all was the breakfast - a real feast on the top floor offering amazing views of Urfa and and beyond into Syria! We didn't have the time to visit the pool and spa but the room service was great and value for money - dinner for € 10!

A bit overwhelming smell of moth repellent at first, but with opening windows we were able to air the room quickly. Also the seal strip on shower door was not working so first attempt of a shower resulted in bathroom flood. The well appointed bathroom has a bathtub as well so it was no longer a problem

very nice hotel, the service was a little rough, particularly in the dining room, the food was good, but the staff was disorganized, too many levels of management and supervisors directing the waiters, which made it harder to do their jobs.

The hotel needed someone on each shift to speak English better, a little hard for Western travelers, however, I am not sure any hotel in town would have been better. If Sherriban was on duty, you could manage, but otherwise getting information, directions, etc. was difficult. Had to use translate on the phone, but it had it's limitations for more than basic requests.

We stayed 3 days and Noone cleaned the room. I garbage and trow it out. Also noone from stuff enter for 3 days to refresh the room. Because we traveled around the area very intensive, also most we just come back to sleep. But it didint make me good feeling, 5 star hotel to.not refresh the room. I asked 3 times on Reception desk for one more blanket for my child, everythime the answer was : - Yes, we will bring! We didint receive the blanket.

The hotel is in a great location with many basic amenities nearby. The staff were friendly, especially the managers and restaurant staff. It may be possible that you may encounter some issues with your rooms but the staff always end up sorting you out if you have a little patience (this is likely because of the language barrier). Hotel is clean, breakfast had many options and staff are helpful. We came with a large family group and they managed our needs very well.

The buffet breakfast was awesome. The restaurant's dinner was excellent and there was a Friday music show. The facilities, including the pool, sauna, and hammam were excellent.

2nd-hand Cigarette smoke entered the room through the A/C vent. Not sure where the smoke came from, but it would be great if the source could be found and eliminated.

Excellent place to stay in Urfa, with easy access by car, and good parking. Big hotel with tour groups, and a nice breakfast room on the top floor. Very good restaurant (Çulcuoğlu) within a short walk. Never quite figured out the air conditioning (hot in the afternoons), but otherwise all first-rate. Easy taxi ride to the museums and fish pond.

Breakfast is really good but if You ask for cappucino You need to pay 200 turkish lira extra for it And it's awfull, made of powder (3 in 1). Shame that such high class hotel doesn't have ordinary coffee machine. Fiter coffe included in breakfast is pretty good.

The only note i have , is the shower wall had hair on it ? The guest before me obviously shaved , and. It wasnt removed
