The rooms were clean ,breakfast was nice.

We arrived at 9pm. Hungary and thirsty from driving from South of Italy. Nothing was available, no shops were open. We had no way of eating or drinking till breakfast.

Very friendly staff, clean. good continental breakfast, the single person room was a bit small but sufficient for 1 person .

Easy Checkin via Whatsapp, free breakfast and overall clean, for the prize in this region very good!

A little bit of a spooky vibe

Price is great and the room itself is simple but sufficient. Self check in was easy and good communication in the lead up. The windows in the bedroom are super thick so you can barely hear street noise. For the price the facilities were sufficient. 10 minute drive to centre of Dozza.

Shower head needs changing as water sprays in every direction but the water was hot. Breakfast is super basic but it’s nice that it’s included in the price.

I liked the hospitality, the price, breakfast.. renovated parts are lovely, clean beds, sheets, towels.

Bathrooms are very much needed of renovations, spider webs in the hall and in the room and some dust.

Nice breakfast but only with sweets.

Coffee at breakfast only for extra payment. Reception not manned.

Easy going and helpful staff

The structure felt very comfortable. Large room, clean, modern. Large closet and, despite being close to a busy road, it wasn't noisy ad long ad we kept the windows shut.

Shower was too small. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a good temperature. It felt a bit too hot. Heard a weird noise coming out of the WC at some point.
