This beautiful place offers amazing views of the Bologna countryside. I highly enjoyed the peaceful mornings in the garden spent among grazing horses and three friendly dogs, Missy, D'Orazio, and Gas who were sure to keep me company. The owners, Emanuela and Emerigo, are incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Breakfast was delicious and included delicious variations using vegetables harvested from the garden.

The location in the hills is beautiful, but I would recommend only if you have a car. It may be challenging to rely only on Taxi.

I loved how friendly and obliging the hosts were, and how very peaceful it was. We live on a ranch in a semi-remote location, but this was truly away from all the noise. I would also like to give a big shout out to Missy, the dog. Immensely friendly, reminded me so much of our late dog.

Location is stunning, in the hills overlooking the countryside and the hosts are very kind (although their English is limited). I liked that there were sunbeds provided in the yard and the local restaurant suggestions were excellent.

While the house is rustic and very well kept, it would be nice if there were an area inside or outside that guests could gather together (although this was possible in the kitchen area I suppose). Also, the yard area needs to be spruced up a bit and it would be good to hang a shower curtain in the bathroom to prevent water going everywhere. The third bed in the three-bed room is perhaps more appropriate for a child than an adult but is doable.

When our bus was cancelled and our taxi did not show up, Emanuela took the time to pick us up at the station. She then made us reservations at a wonderful restaurant (just a short walk away). The location was absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Amazing location and friendliness of the hosts. We wish we could have stayed there a bit longer. It is a great place to stay in itself, with views and animals - horses and dogs, especially attractive to children. Also - great base location for visiting other cities, like Bologna or Imola.

We stayed for one night and were welcome to stayed with our three dogs. Room was nice, tidy and quiet. Breakfast simple but good. Great view from the property over Bologna.

A very nice and climatic place. Tasty Italian-style breakfast prepared just before serving in the kitchen behind the wall. Very good location, private road leading to only 2 buildings.

Depends on everyone's preference but I like a bit firmer matrass. Everything else was perfect :)

Loveliest of people, beautiful old house, and very sweet dogs, the kids refused to part with the dogs. Very personal. We had a wonderful stay.
