The hotel looks much better in reality than in the photos. The bed is excellent, new, and very comfortable. White, dazzlingly white. You can feel that the hotel has been completely renovated. Everything is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is very, very good. Excellent price, location, and quality.

The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. Position, although not in the citicentre or very near (walking distance) to the lake, was perfect for me and for travellers who are looking for an easy-to-find location with big free parking and all the needed facilities within walking distance. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but 1 minute walk from it is a superlative restaurant. Breakfast was really good and very abundant. There is no proper bar in the hotel, but it is possible to "self-serve" from fridges and shelves next to the reception and pay directly to the reception. In general I have absolutely no complain, price was very good too. :-)

We spent in the hotel 2 nights, it was nice time. The room is quiet spacious with its own bathroom with a bath tube and a window. The staff was helpful and friendly. The coffee machine downstairs didn't work at the moment but the guy from reception started solving this issue.

The breakfast could be better but for th price only 7.50 per person it's really good!

Breakfast was good. Overall everything was good except the bathroom.

The washroom wasnt clean. I could see the shit sticked to the sheet even when standing. There is not much around if you are looking for restraunts. Also, it is really hard to commute if you rely on public transport. Good if you have a car.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Room big like in the pictures. The staff from check in was very nice and polite. Very nice view from my room. Breakfast was tasty a variety of food from where you could choose what you like to eat, everything very clean and organised. The staff Ioana and Veswa nice ladies always with the smile on their face and ready to help you any time. I love when staff talk to you and smile to make your day and stay much nicer.

Breakfast was lovely, fresh and plentiful. The room was a "junior suite" rather than just a room. It was very spacious and clean. The room was just the job after a long drive

The room if you looked really closely was looking a little tired in places, especially with regards the shower cubicle, apart from that it was a good place to stay and suited our needs.

Clean and spacious bedroom, excellent air conditioning. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good price. Ample parking. Easy drop off for my wife who has mobility issues. It's a very popular hotel with good reason.

Breakfast wasn't great. Not much selection of breads and cereal was of inferior quality. Another chair in the bedroom. There's plenty of room.

The hotel is spacious. The room is quite big. Clean. Breakfast is ok. Good hotel for a few days stay if you want to travel around the area. Free parking.

Location. There's not much to do around the hotel. Good for ones with the car because it is in the lake and Verona area. But that is something you have to know before you booked it.
