Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning, with incredible attention to detail in every corner. Each room has its own unique character, with beautiful hand-painted artwork on the walls that adds so much charm. We especially loved the homemade breakfast — generous portions and absolutely delicious! There were toasts, pies with cheese and spinach, eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, orange juice, tea, coffee, and always something sweet to enjoy — honestly, you couldn’t ask for more. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and fresh towels were provided daily. We also really appreciated the complimentary water and refreshments restocked in the mini fridge each day. Antonis, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful — we felt truly taken care of. We also had the pleasure of meeting Giannis, a member of the staff, who was equally kind, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable. We loved that this was a boutique hotel: full of character, peaceful, and atmospheric — the perfect place to relax and unwind. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the very first moment, it was clear that the owners put their heart and soul into this place – the interiors are beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well-maintained. Every detail has been carefully thought out. Fresh towels and linens were provided every day, and there were cold drinks like cola and water waiting for us in the fridge – such a thoughtful touch! The cleanliness was outstanding – absolutely spotless. The location is also stunning – a beautiful area with breathtaking views, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. A huge thank you to the owner – incredibly friendly, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He recommended great restaurants, constantly checked if everything was okay, and at the end of our stay, gave us a beautiful souvenir to remember our trip. Thanks to him, we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. We are so grateful for this amazing experience – we’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Everything was top notch! We had an immaculate, beautiful room with an up-to-date, fancy bathroom and fantastic views. Parking was right across the street. The manager and staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. Included breakfast had generous portions, good variety, and was very tasty. Kymi is a lovely village with great dining choices. Travel guides advised that most visitors are Greek, but we found plenty of English speakers to help us enjoy the visit. We stayed a week and can't wait to visit again. We've stayed in dozens of hotels all over Greece. This was the best by far.

The listing says a washer and dryer are included with the room. While not accurate in our case, the staff washed and folded our laundry at no additional charge.

Visited Kymi at the beginning of May ‘25. Quaint hotel - very clean, fresh and bright. Has great views from the balconies at the rear of the hotel – all the way to the sea. Staff are excellent and always helpful. Breakfasts are something else – and what you can’t eat you can take away. Ideal location, close to the centre of the town – lots of bars and a few restaurants. Locals are very friendly. Great place to spend a few days.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Archontiko Kymis Boutique Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored mansion, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. Each room is uniquely decorated, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere. We stayed in a room with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. I highly recommend Archontiko Kymis Boutique Hotel!

This is a lovely little hotel. Originally an old house in the traditional Kymi style, immaculately renovated and redecorated with a lot of touches of individual style. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Short walking distance to restaurants and everything else of interest in the centre of town. Breakfast fit for a king, very generous and with high quality local ingredients, cooked and served by the owner, Mr. Antonis, who is a lovely host and at all times made sure we have an enjoyable stay. Amazing hospitality, felt less like a hotel and more like visiting an uncle who was happy to see us. We will be visiting Kymi again and again (that part of Evia island has a lot about it), and the Archontiko will be the place to stay, every time. Excellent!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Greece , taking into account also the price . The room we have stayed had a nice view to the sea, with a small terrace , a big bed and a smaller one for the child and it was very clean ( cleaning done every day ). The breakfast was ok and the owner made some smaller changes when we have requested ( we asked for omelette instead of so many pastries ). The Wi-Fi inside the room was ok. What made the stay so great was the owner who was always very customer oriented , willing to help ( he even help us with a a car wash on a Sunday , before we left the place :) ). Great beaches can be found by driving for ~ 30 min . Parking was easy and nice restaurants near the hotel( you don't need to take the car ) . If I'll return to this part of Evia, definitely I'll choose the same hotel.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff and other guests were very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are bright fresh and very clean, if a little twee. Breakfasts were tasty continental on a large scale with doggy bags the order of the day.

Small gripe - not enough drawer space for clothes if your stay is more than a couple of days. Otherwise enjoy 😉 😉

Great location in the village of Kymi. The decor is beautiful, I love the Chandeliers! The breakfast was amazing & delicious and the gentleman serving it was wonderful too. I felt very welcome.

The only thing is the fact it isn’t soundproof. My room was next to the reception where people have their breakfast and I could hear everything and also people in the hallway if they slammed their doors or talked loudly.

The location was close to the square of Kymi. The room was very clean. The breakfast was descent. There is a parking area.

The tv wasn't working. The cooling system didn't have a sensor of temperature so the room was either freezing or too hot. During the booking, We requested a bed for our baby <2 years but they provided a couch instead which was inconvenient.
