The location was great, super quick drive to all the famous villages. The grounds are beautiful but the plants are still in their infancy, hopefully we can make it back in a few years to see how it all fills in, as it's only going to get better with time. The hosts are welcoming and helpful with anything you need. The apartment was well-equipped for a longer stay (dishwasher, clothes washing machine, kitchen amenities) and they were great about having a baby bed for us. The host even brought out a high chair he'd had from when his children were young. We definitely hope to return again someday!

Our first trip to the Luberon and a really lovely place to stay .. the accommodation was very comfortable, and the pool an added bonus. We ate at the restaurant on site which was really good - all in all a very good stay to celebrate a birthday - the perfect place☺️

Our room was in the middle of two others, and at night it did get a bit noisy with adjacent guests being very loud in the early hours, so we would definitely try and book one of the others ..just a consideration!

Stunning apartment! Just never stayed in a place quite like it. Gardens are amazing, and the pool is so serene. There’s a newly opened restaurant onsite at the far end. We went in bbq day and it was delicious and really quite affordable. It’s remote but very easy and quick to drive to many towns and vineyards.

Need a few basics for kitchen (no olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towels). And some detergent for washing machine would be nice.

Charming idyllic lodging! Our lavender cottage was everything we wanted and more. After meeting the staff the first night, we were mostly left alone in a good way. Location was great for visiting the rest of Luberon. Had a chance to try the on site restaurant before it closed for the weekend.

Smell coming from the bathroom like the septic tank needed to be cleared

Everything, it was magical egenia was very hospitable and very friendly, the house was just perfect in the middle of nowhere but still close to so many markets and shops Nature feels raw and just so beautiful We loved everything about it and the weather was sunny and cool just how we love it

Amazing property, tasteful decoration and great hosts facilitating everything, accommodating any need we had, with recommendations around that worth the visit. The breakfast was rich and delicious with fresh products.

The customer service. We lost our phone while there and they went above and beyond to try and help us out. The grounds are so beautiful! It’s everything you imagine a French countryside to be.

Grounds and gardens are beautiful. Location is great for village hopping and relaxing.

Significant wasp infestation/nest by the pool which made it impossible to swim safely. We were with our two year old and my husband got stung twice trying to swat them away. We spoke to the owners and they said “yes we’ve had a problem with it this year” but didn’t proceed to say “we apologise for this and will get it sorted” - our entire 5 nights the pool was unusable until 7pm when the wasps went to bed. Toilet paper roll holder in downstairs bathroom broken Drains in shower leaking water all over floor. Had to have maintenance come to fix. Maintenance resolved by actually cleaning the drain. By the look and the smell of it, it only gets done when there’s a problem as opposed to after every guest. They then also left us with the pile of wet towels we had to use to mop up the water and didn’t provide us with replacement towels. I ended up having to wash these myself. Mirror in bathroom is faulty, no light for makeup. Shower head filthy - full of calc made water go in all different directions Downstairs shower had hair on the walls from a previous guest Coat hangers were a poor selection of wire cheap hangers, not something I would expect from accomodation at this price point. No iron or ironing board until requested. Washing machine but no drying rack- hanging washing outside on rusty furniture is the only option. Had to reset the wifi router point every evening as it cut out all the time. Air conditioning couldn’t get colder than 25 degrees on both the upstairs and downstairs.
