Beautiful premises, great staff. So close to amazing activities and sites near Mt. Hood. An amazing place to relax and enjoy clean and quiet nature. We lay down in middle of the golf course late at night and had an incredible star gazing experience. Kids loved the place and especially the private hike down to the Salmon River. What an amazing resort!!

It's a bit hot in the summer for the level of AC provided, and the AC machines sometimes randomly shut off and don't allow you to turn them back on.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a very quiet environment. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Close to Zig Zag Falls and the Mt. Hood area. We didn't get the time to try the pool and spa, but enjoyed our stay overall.

The only two issues were that the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, and there’s no elevator in the building, so staying on the third floor means carrying luggage upstairs. But overall I will still recommend it for vacation.

Location and amenities were as expected

The front storm/screen door did not close completely upon arrival. Repair was made quickly. However the door is installed in a way that constrains access by not opening wide enough to easily move thru, especially with luggage. This causes strain on the door closer which in turn causes the door to not fully close as well as aggravation for the customer trying to move thru.

Comfortable, clean, kitchen well stocked, quiet, and I loved the fireplace and deck.

TV is hard to operate because the directions don't match the remotes. When there was a water break, we didn't mind the water being turned off. But when it came back on the water was brown and it appeared the water lines had not been flushed. We were afraid the water was contaminated and didn't drink it or use it on food. No notice was given about the purity of the water.

The staff was absolutely amazing! On my was there my GPS took me on a path on the Historic Highway and there was fire damage and I got stuck. The wonderful staff got me back to the main road and back on my way. I wish I could remember the ladies name, gray hair, beautiful eyes and absolutely wonderful. The were so kind to my granddaughter that she made them a little gift.

Nothing not to like, everyone and everything was perfect

The location was beautiful and peaceful. Great views of this golf course. We had small issue with bathroom toilet and they quickly addressed and fixed it. Spacious rooms with full kitchen, fireplace. Like home away from home vibe. We were given breakfast vouchers to adjacent resort that was a short walk was our room. Beautiful landscaping for walking. Definitely plan to visit again.

I have no negative comments

So much space in this full sized condo - full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony... Appreciated having a washer and dryer to do laundry, and really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the condo. We stayed here to visit Mount Hood, and it's close to several great hiking trails! We also loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna!

Water temp couldn't be regulated well in one of the showers, but that wasn't a big deal for us since there were only 2 of us staying here and we could easily both use the other shower.

The location, the spacious rooms, the after hour access to our keys. Also loved the living room tv with access to apps and YouTube. There were supplies and soaps to keep the kitchen clean and clean up spills. And there was a washer and dryer which was very helpful for our 10 day family road trip. We also loved the balcony and surrounding views!

There was 1 window air conditioning unit for the whole apt. So the back master bedroom was hotter than we are used to. No ceiling fan to help move air around.

The kitchen was supplied will. Shower water pressure was good. There were 2 options for pillows. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a patio with table and chairs.

Elevator light outside the bedroom was distracting. A blackout shade or curtain would have solve the problem easily. The couch was not particularly comfortable.

Great amenities including a pool and hot tub, beautiful park like setting, spacious accommodations, lots of mirrors and televisions, plenty of sleeping options, and the back porch was nice.

Pool closes at 9pm,or sooner to clean up, there is no Salmon River access point or restaurant on site (other ones nearby).
