The room was in the Raddison hotel and had the ability for late checkin and valley parking. The room was in very good condition, modern, clean and comfortable.

Through Booking, it was booked as ITC Flats. Although the room was a Raddison hotel room, it was not the Raddison responsibility. So we arrived late and needed extra pillow cases (they did not have cases on the extra pillows). The Raddison hotel reception said we had to contact ITC Flats who was closed at that time of night. So although everything else was perfect, not sure the value of booking with ITC Flats vs Raddison hotel

Everything, 5 star hotel, confortable beds, spacious room, great bathroom, superb hotel amenities. Free parking with a valet. Great place and I paid with genius discounted price. The host was fantastic allowing me an early check-in. The location was superb, waking distance of shopping centers, supermarket and several restaurantes.

Location is great, facilities are very good too. The warm pool is definitely a plus for kids.

We stayed here before and this room was way smaller than our previous room, so it felt a bit of a squeeze.

Some materials used to build the room felt cheap, and also there was no door to the shower which was extremely odd-water would just spill onto the floor and cold air would come into the shower which was not ideal.

Nice location in Vila Olimpia. Clean and neat room, the staff is well aligned with the front desk for the checkin and out. Good daily communication with the ITC staff to attend my needs. Complimentary water and soft drinks, very appreciatted

Great hotel. Great location in São Paulo. The swimming pool and gym are excellent. The room, 1808, is large and quiet with a good view.

Hotel could have umbrella to rent - renting app outside hotel is too complicated and takes time while its heavy shower ang guest should leave. Wifi connection was not the best.
