The location was just perfect! The pool is heated and the hot tub and sauna are also a great addition! The breakfast was also great and we loved our appartment. You also get a guest card where you get a discount for certain things and you can also take the public transport for free with it! The view is jusf beautiful and the appartment also met our every need. The host was extremely helpful and so nice and welcoming! Overall a great place to stay

Everything was great!

We really like the small town where the property is located and also the views from our room. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We travel with 2 kids and there is a very nice garden and useful playroom for them. The breakfast was also good. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

There is no cooking substitutes in the room salt, oil.. and no tea/coffee. But we did not ask for it so maybe upon request.

If you want breakfast, you need to let them know at least 2 days in advance. The apartment didn't have tea, coffee, sugar or salt but the host provided these upon request. All basic utensils were available. The pizzeria nearby (called Goldener Apfel) is really good.

If you are going in winter, don't expect the stunning views you see in the pictures. The orchards and trees will be dry. Balcony is there only from one bedroom and the living room. Those are not very big.

We had a very nice stay! Everyone was so nice, the room that we had was great and perfectly clean! We didn't cook because we were only for the weekend, but the kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was okay. The sauna and whirlpool are a nice bonus, but they work from 17:00 to 20:00h, just for information.

The property is so peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and so many great things for our kids, like the pool, playground, toys and game room. The family took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely go back again.

Very comfortable appartment. Good beds, equipped kitchen. The environment is beautiful you are litterateur in the applefields. In the garden a nice and cooling pool.

We were not sure if breakfast was offered. As the hotel does mention it on their site. We arrived Saturday afternoon. All shops were closed. So no breakfast, for dinner and coffee the restaurants in the little town are open. And 15 min drive you are in Brixen.

Location is absolutely perfect. Staff were very very nice even though English was minimal. The view over the apple orchards from our room were wonderful and the town centre is 200m (3 minutes walk) from the hotel.

No flyscreen on windows. This is normal in Europe.

the house was super clean, the lady is very nice and welcoming. they have amazing view facing the mountain, also swing in the yard and a small play room for kids. I suggest it very much. Also the equipment of the house are very good quality, I would definitely come back!! also house was very very clean.

Our family stayed for couple nights. Great view from balcony, equipped kitchen, nice garden area outside with the pool. We enjoyed restfulness and calmness of this place.

Bed chutes could be better and need renewal.
