Location was fantastic - Durbuy is stunning and the location for what we wanted was perfect. Friendly staff, comfy rooms, parking available. Great to have restaurant attached which we had a meal at and was very good. Breakfast was ok...typical continental style buffet.

Room was quite hot and the in room iPad which ran everything took a bit of working out. We were only there 2 nights so wasn't an issue for us, but if we'd been there longer we would have needed an instructor to work it. Coffee machine in room, but pods not replenished when room cleaned. Not a massive issue for 2 nights stay - if we'd been there longer we'd have asked for more.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Durbuy - there is parking nearby (paying during day but this goes for the entire town). The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The hotel is above the restaurant of the same name. We didn't take breakfast but we had a drink in the evening and the waiter, who also checked us in, was professional and helpful.

Not the fault of the hotel, but in the morning two trucks sat outside with their motors running while unloading, it was rather noisy...

Great location, right in the town center. Plenty of parking, that shouldn't be a problem. There's no traditional reception as in big chain hotels, the reception is at the restaurant downstairs itself. Rooms are not big but comfy enough, sound isolation is okay-ish as I could hear my next door neighbor snoring. Rooms, at least mine, are non traditional as the bathroom is on the second floor, so yes, you get a two floors suite. Keep that in mind for people with mobility issues. Might be interesting to ask if they have other options. All-in all was a pleasant stay, surroundes by nature, nice restaurants, beautiful river walks and a pretty small medieval town.

We loved the location. The room was a bit small but thats okay. The bed was super comfy. We didn't hear any noise from the other rooms or outside. The hotel is dog friendly which is great because we travel with our dog.

The parking could've be explained a bit better as it took us good 10 mins to find it. If you do drive make sire to get proper explanation from the staff.

Room was very nice with nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly and location was great. Beds were comfortable as well.

Parking cost money during the day which was pretty expensive and we thought it was free. Also the air ventilation wasn't working well so the room got very hot at night. Opening the windows was not really an option because of rain or mosquitoes.

Very modern room interiors and the rooms are very clean.. The hotel is located just in the city center. We also had breakfast at their restaurant. The prices are generally high in Durbuy. Rather than paying 16 eur just for a toast in another place, having an open buffet breakfast here is a good option.

Very nice, tide and comfortable room. The breakdast is very good. The hotel's retaurant is one of the best choices in Durbuy.

The pet's fee was not included on the reservation price while booking and payed extra on the check out.

We had an hour wait to eat at the restaurant, seems there was an issue at the kitchen… though when the food arrived was delicious. Rooms not well soundproof.

The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic! The automatic self closing Velux window when it rained was very handy

The bed wasn't the comfiest but ok and the energy saving lights cut off too quickly
