The hotel is fantastic, from start to finish we had a terrific stay. The location is really incredible and the view from the room and the terrace is nothing short of spectacular. We had been here for Lunch previously when skiing, but came back to stay for a night for our wedding anniversary and were absolutely delighted. Everything on the menu in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, quality local ingredients and great wine. Surrounded by natural beauty, lot's to do and see, and really welcoming owners, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We really couldn't fault it! We will definitely be back... soon! Amazing location on the slopes below Col de Tende & above Limone Piemonte. Friendly & helpful host. Fabulous food (don’t miss the Zucchini Cheese Tart) and scrumptious breakfast

Chalet Morel is the best place you can stay near Limone . The hotel is clean , has a wonderful view and very comfortable. All the rooms have view . The staff were very polite, we had a great time here . Loved it here

The spa was ok. The location is definitely nice

Although they were nice enough to reposition our stay ( without fees ) the room assigned was way inferior of what initially booked, small and without comforts ( no phone, no fridge, no view and VERY noisy). The place IS WAY overpriced ( 185 Euros for 1 dinner + 1 hr spa, added to the 300 EUROS room). We were asked 15 eu each for eggs and bacon at breakfast ( that should have been included). credit card was not working so we had to pay cash ( without options ). Apart from Angelo ( a very professional waiter ) the staff was grumpy and annoyed.

The property is visually magnificent set in the mountains of Limone. It is a shame that the owner is rude to the extent of comedy. It is eye opening to witness and listen to someone as deluded and impolite as he is - the saving grave being his wonderful wife with her professionalism, grace and excellent eye to detail. We will return due to the location but honestly hope the owner will be vacationing elsewhere during our stay.
