My name is Walter Green. We checked in on March 21. I do believe and we stay there for four days. My father Robert Haney got sick while we were there and Tammi and her crew were just fantastic. They treated us like family and we really love them and we love her and thank her for all of our support and her help with the EMTs getting my file to the hospital everything we just wanna thank them Walter Green

We were very comfortable, the shower was great and the staff were wonderful. The staff, Tammy, actually called to ask if we'd left something in the room... and she was willing to help get it delivered to us in TX! Above & beyond, thank you!

Breakfast was just ok, I wish there were more egg options (only western omelets), greek plain yogurt & bananas would be nice.

It was very nice and clean. My daughter and I enjoyed staying there and the staff was very friendly. I accidentally left my medicine in the room after we checked out. And they gave us no problem letting us back in to get it. I would stay there again.

They had a nice big shower but no tub and that is one thing I love taking my baths. Second they had a problem in my room with the internet.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were always available and helpful. I also enjoyed that snacks were available 24/7.

Small thing, but I would like to see liquid creamers for the coffee and tea.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I specifically asked for a room that was non smoking (which they all are) and pet free because of allergies. On the way there they called me to let me know they deep cleaned it for me and asked if the feather pillows would be ok or should they remove them. I can't say enough. Very clean. Excellent breakfast! Nothing bad. Highly recommend.

That I had to leave! Lol.

This is not a complaint but this was the thing that I wasn’t 100% pleased with…. Breakfast. It was fine but egg omelettes were extremely dry and it seemed muffin selections ran out quickly.

Good location, new hotel. Breakfast was more comprehensive than most, with some fruit. Once there, the managers we spoke with were friendly.

We tried several times to reach this hotel to arrange for a group. We called and emailed, but no one ever responded. The person we spoke to on the front desk was rude. There was no guide on the TV, making it difficult to navigate. The heating controls seemed confused, although we eventually found a good medium. We also a roach in our room, which was unexpected for such a new hotel.

Staff is wonderful treat you with the utmost respect. I loved the room we stayed in. If you have not been I suggest you go. Wonderful getaway

Everything was great. Breakfast was very good. Room was nice and very comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom with all the amenities. Good snack bar in lobby. Located near many eating places. Fun pool.

Walls were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors at times

The Continental breakfast was fantastic! The staff was great. They were helpful to get me booked when I arrived and Priceline had neglected to put my reservation through.

The bed was uncomfortable.The room felt small in a double queen.
